She spends a lot of her personal time investing in real estate and searching for good deals, so you know she is doing what she is passionate about. She also spends her spare time looking on her own for houses for her clients (including visiting them first). When you ask her about houses in certain areas, she will quickly know the good deals and the houses that are listed too high. She watches houses and constantly knows the status. Most importantly, she easily understands what we are looking for in a house (and we are not easy clients) and only presents houses that she knows we will like. You can't go wrong with Elysia, I highly recommend her.

It just so happened I found Stacey online before one of my daughter's friends even had a chance to respond to my daughter's facebook inquiry on who to hire as a buyer's agent. By the time they posted a recommendation for Stacey, I had already been in contact with her (providence)! Stacey worked tirelessly sending me and my daughter updated listings, and showing my daughter the houses. She worked quickly to show my daughter a house I really really wanted to move on, and quickly helped me draw up an offer that landed me the house I love. Closing went quickly and smoothly too. I trusted Stacey and my daughter to be my eyes and ears on this journey, and I couldn't be more pleased. Exciting how things worked out and we not only found the perfect house, but the right Realtor. Like my daughter said, Stacey didn't just find me a house, but she brought a family closer together that has been living with far too many miles between us for far too long. AND.. I get to live in Packer Nation within walking distance to Lambeau Field! I can't wait until the move!
