Everytime has been a great experience and I really feel that elysia has been invaluable in finding the type of properties that I want as well the return I am looking for. You can tell elysia loves her job and she knows the market well plus she has an upbeat attitude and never makes me feel like she doesn't have time for me. It's actually enjoyable to go see properties with her and she does a great job sending me properties that I might not have seen otherwise. I look forward to working with her for years to come and building a larger investment portfolio. All transactions have been completed without a hitch in process and she does a great job of explaining every step of the process and any decisions that need to be made as well as their likely consequences. I couldn't ask for a better realtor!

My husband and I have been working with Elysia ("Alicia") for three years now. She is the best…read moreagent we have every had. She is responsive, diligent and very knowledgeable about the area. She spends a lot of her personal time investing in real estate and searching for good deals, so you know she is doing what she is passionate about. She also spends her spare time looking on her own for houses for her clients (including visiting them first). When you ask her about houses in certain areas, she will quickly know the good deals and the houses that are listed too high. She watches houses and constantly knows the status. Most importantly, she easily understands what we are looking for in a house (and we are not easy clients) and only presents houses that she knows we will like. You can't go wrong with Elysia, I highly recommend her.
