He needs to be responsible for his mistake. He was not. I also have my doubts as to what he really inspected. He said the doorbell worked fine. Jordan screwed up the contract and when confronted about it saying industrial property vs commercial property, Jordan said there was not any difference in the two. when finally calling the search engine and finding out our property was never listed and never requested to be listed I confronted Jordan and Jordan cancelled my contract. saying my idea of selling commercial property and his were different. Jordan's ideas were listing the property in the Green Bay newspaper and waiting for someone to come to him. he lied, covered up and cheated me out of a sale. when asking Mark the owner about all this, Mark yelled at me like i was a child and told me good luck in the future. this is a terrible company with low ethics realtors.
