I found their demeanor to be rude, condescending, and unnecessarily confrontational throughout the checkout process. I left feeling as though I had been treated disrespectfully and, frankly, bullied despite having done nothing to warrant that kind of interaction. It is unfortunate that one employee's conduct has overshadowed what has otherwise been my appreciation for Copperfield's. I truly enjoy the bookstore and the books they carry, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable returning. I hope management takes customer interactions like this seriously, as no customer should leave a business feeling belittled or unwelcome.

There is a wonderful collection of loose-leaf tea, books, and gifts. If you are seeking books on spirituality, religion, meditation, etc, they have a nice collection of published work. They also carry beautiful cards, incense, and teapots. They had a special display of their matcha products too. The atmosphere is soothing and peaceful. If you would like to relax with a cup of tea, there are a couple tables inside and a few outside as well. You can see their colorful teapots in the window.
