Joel and his team came in (On Time) and moved all the furniture, pictures, mirrors, blinds and anything else that was in the way. They also covered everything so no damage could occur. They painted the entire interior of our home the way we requested. They cleaned up and put everything back in place. They even fixed a few previously broken blind retainers at no additional cost. Bree helped me get some additional touch up paint and also made sure that things went well. When they painted our front door, they painted it a different color. We pointed it out immediately and the foreman, Heber gave us attitude trying to blame us for this. They did agree to repaint it the correct color. The next day I once again did a walk around with Heber, explaining that we want to keep the current color scheme and there should be no changes. That afternoon they proceeded to paint the pony wall in the front of our house the incorrect color. I called the project manager, very upset that this happened again. The next morning when they arrived, I explained that they painted this wall a different color from what it was. (There are only 3 colors on this job.) Heber told me with serious attitude that I was wrong and they would not paint it. I know what colors these things were. This foreman seems to do what he wants to do, not what the customer wants! Now I guess I'm left holding the bag to hire someone to repaint that wall the correct color. What terrible customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone, there are so many better and honest painting companies out there to choose from. Update: After speaking with the project manager on the phone, he requested that I provide a photo of the wall before they began the painting. I had photos and was easily able tho show that the wall was the color that I say it was. I was not part of the conversation between the project manager and Heber, but since he asked me for proof of what I was saying, I don't think it is a stretch to say that Heber was probably lying to him as he did to me, claining the wall was the color he painted it. The project manager agreed to repaint the wall to the correct color after this. Their contract stated this: NOTE: We will follow the current layout in all areas. Obviously this was not done until I pressed the issue!

The whole first day the crew spent their time meticulously taping /plastic draping and preparing the house before painting even started. Included in the bid was sanding and varnishing of front wooden door and they even painted my wrought iron gate to the courtyard. Not only does the house look brand new but so does my cinder block wall. The crew that was here was excellent. Clearly at the top of their game. Experienced.
