I called AAA plumbing Monday morning to make sure they received the service order. They confirmed they had the work order and asked what was wrong with the hot water heater. I told them it was not working and was leaking out of the bottom. They asked if I could take a picture of the label with the make model and serial number on the hot water heater and text it to the technician out in the field. She estimated that the tech would arrive at our house between 2-4 that afternoon to replace the hot water heater. sure enough the father and son team showed up at 2 and replaced the hot water heater with the exact size and brand that we had previously had(new edition). They charged $125 for parts and to haul the old heater away. I paid $85 to old republic for the service call and got a brand new hot water heater for around $200. Super fast and efficient service. Will definitely use AAA plumbing for any future plumbing issues! Thank you AAA!

We got three different quotes and recommendations for a replacement 5 ton unit, and Honest Air Care's knowledge, transparency, flexibility, and price once again caused us to choose them. They offered several different models we could choose from, spanning the spectrum of discount and premium traditional heatpumps as well as newer inverter models (one of which we ultimately selected) with a couple different price/efficiency points. They were really the only one to do that, the others seemed to have their old school model and brand they liked and wanted to stick with it (which is entirely reasonable, but not what we wanted). They also communicated pretty well, answering an emailed question and responding on the phone. They replaced our rooftop unit, redid the connector and roof integration to account for changes in form factor, and added three new vents into our bedrooms to account for the additional air flow required (and improve night time cooling effectiveness), all in one day. They cleaned everything up nice and repaired any damage they'd caused. Really a top notch operation.

We promptly called the home warranty company and they assigned us a tech from a different company. He came out a day later and said he wouldn't be able to even begin working on our unit for four days. After almost a week of phone tag, I was able to get the warranty company to switch us over to Flexi Air to do the repair on our unit. I texted Rey and he let me know that he would be by that very day to diagnose our AC. True to his word, Rey showed up that same afternoon and was able to get a temporary fix on our rooftop unit until the replacement components arrived. Needless to say, after a week of being displaced, my wife, our two dogs and I were grateful for Rey's professionalism, honesty and quick response time leading to us being back in our home and back to life as normal. We have since dropped the home warranty company but will continue to call Rey for all of our HVAC needs as well as refer him to family and friends.
