FYI, this place is super hard to find. It's behind a storage facility in an office building. The beer is good, just check with them to find out how much beer your order really is. Nice people, clean place. read more

My new favorite hangout. This is the funky indie coffee shop of brewpubs. The ambience is unique.

Really good beer. Nice staff. Check it out. The lack of food is the only downside.

I have been here twice now. The first time, it was just okay, 3.5 stars. We went again a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. Small, low key spot in a little strip mall/industrial park. I was there on a Saturday afternoon and the place was hopping - we ended up sharing a larger table with two other groups and ended up chatting with everyone a little bit which was a lot of fun. Friendly crowd. The beers were good too - they were tapping a Japanese brew which I really enjoyed and I also liked the Dreaded Brit I had. They had a food truck outside which was really delicious. Will definitely be back to check them out again. read more

The beer is great. They have cards on the table to play and some tables have checkers/chess. There are also lots of board games. So it's a good place to just relax. I almost gave it 3 stars because we actually didn't get great service. We say for about an hour and only had one beer. We would have definitely ordered more but the guy doing table service never came over. I figured it was a fluke though--the staff did seem very nice. And the beer was good enough for 4 stars! We will definitely be back! read more

This was a very cool brewery with a great selection of craft beer. The Mexican Chocolate Stout is like nothing I've ever had. It's terrific and all the beers were (except the barley wine). Nice, helpful staff too. read more

One of our favorite places to frequent. They have great beers in a cozy, cafe-like setting. And everyone must try the Mexican Chocolate Stout at least once in their life - at least get a taster! Although they'll allow you to bring in your own food and there are sometimes food trucks, my only suggestion would be to offer peanuts, popcorn, pretzels - anything - as a snack to patrons. read more

Staff is really friendly and beer is really good. The Mexican chocolate stout is one of my favorites and they have a rum pumpkin porter on nitro that is awesome. read more

Loved the atmosphere of this brewery! It's nice and inviting! Very comfortable- can definitely see taking a book to sit inside and enjoy beers. As for the beer, we were in and out very quickly. I did love the Mexican Chocolate Stout which I had been wanting to try. I don't think I could have more than one of them, but I definitely recommend it. This place is within walking distance of our house so we will be back! read more

I've been to 137 breweries/brewpubs in 15 states and D.C., close to 100 in Colorado. Copper Kettle is by far my absolute favorite. Why else would I have become a Brew Club Member and continue to go back - a lot? Great beers, great owners and staff, great customers! Just can't say enough great things about this place! read more

This is a great place to relax and have a wonderful beer and meet some new friends! The Mexican Chocolate Stout is award winning!!

Awesome Mexican chocolate stout! Chris was our server! Great place, vibe and service! Definitely will be back to try the other micro craft brews!!! read more

The best brewery in town. This place makes you feel right at home and they have great beer. The Mexican chocolate stout is by far one of the craziest, yet best tasting beers you'll have. Above that they have hands down the best staff who are not only knowledgeable but also take the time to say "hi!" anytime my wife and I go there. read more

Low key, mellow, relaxing and friendly brewery, hidden away between aurora and Denver. This place is 15 minutes from my place and can't believe I haven't been there before! I loved the ambience, being laid back and having outdoor patio seating and it was a beautiful 70* day to enjoy. We enjoyed a flight of their regular menu; after tastings, we each choose the Copper Hopper IPA. My other favorite was their Help me Out Stout, dark and creamy. Service was great, friendly and attentive even as a large party arrived and they got busy on a Saturday afternoon. Though they do not serve food, they have food trucks out front and you are welcome to bring in your own food. Will definitely be back to enjoy more of their brews and support a local brewery. read more

So the beer we had was very good. I had a Raspberry ale, and boyfriend had an IPA. I have to remove a star, not due to the product or staff, but because of the off the hook football fans. I in fact would have stayed for another beer, but the louts were so loud my ears felt like I was next to the speaker system at a concert. They were yelling like they were at the game, and I know Colorado folk love American football, but it is insensitive to be that loud in a tiny space. I personally as a server/bartender would have stopped serving them, because lack of boundaries and inhibitions are a sign of intoxication. The Broncos are out already from the Superbowl. I know I sound like a prude jerk, but this was loud- loud for any bar, and I don't expect that kind of behavior at a microbrewery. Then when we were on the fence of sharing another beer, one of the men from the group in question, closed the blinds in front of the table we were sitting at without asking us. Beware of coming here on a Sunday, during football season. I will come back on a non Sunday hopefully, and if those dudes are doing that again, I may go yell in ones ear. read more

I had a chance to visit here recently and I was very impressed. You have to try the Mexican Chocolate Stout. The bartender described the taste as cinnamon, chocoate and grabbed her throat to describe the bite from the peppers. She hit it right on. They also had a bourbon barrel aged stout and a Malbec barrel aged tripel that were also really good. read more

What a fun place this is! We rolled in on a Friday night at 9:15 only to learn that they close at 9:00 (what?!) Our server, who I believe was Justin, told us we could order one round and hang and then get growlers to go. Awesomeness. We each ordered a beer and stayed for an hour playing a game and then with heavy feet we trudged out. I can definitely say that I'll be back here. I want to taste more beer and just hang out. I love that you can have food ordered in and delivered here and it just seems like a chill atmosphere. Guaranteed to find me here some Saturday afternoon just hanging with friends. read more

I love this place. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some amazing beer in a cozy, friendly environment. The owners take great pride in their beer and they have every right to because they make great beer. The only drawback is that they make you feel so at home that you don't want to leave. read more

Boo. We showed up around 4:00 and by 4:20 (no pun intended) had not been asked if we wanted a round or even acknowledged we existed. I attempted to go to the bar, but crowded, and sweaty, I'll pass. With all the neighborhood brew houses, I'll pass on this one and spend my money at one that acknowledges its customers. #potcallinthekettle read more

I love this place. My wallet does not. Having a brewery of this caliber this close to my house could be a very dangerous thing. Jeremy and Kristen are class brewers and really nice people who clearly love what they do, and their slightly slurry clientele. The beer selection changes often, so if you have a favorite, chances are someone else loves it, too and it will likely run out. Not to worry. Whatever they brew up to replace it is sure to be amazing. From the saisson to the imperial red to the helles to the black onyx and Mexican chili stout, the beers are lovely and the facility is first rate. I would give them a 5th star if they only had some food on the menu. Thanks for being my new favorite place in Denver. read more

Fantastic craft brewery in the Denver area and they sell cool swag.

Dog friendly patio, and they are having an Oktoberfest with live music! Had a very loud food truck that graciously moved their generator behind their truck. I really enjoyed myself and my bf really enjoyed their beer. And thanks for offering non beer for the non beer drinkers. They had Izze and some amazing orange creme soda! read more

I have been meaning to come to Copper Kettle Brewing Company and I am so glad I got the chance to! A little hard to find (not on a main road and doesn't have a noticeable sign) but once you find it you're in for a treat! With plenty of seating outdoors and indoors this is a great place to come with a big group and hang out. All the tables are stocked with cards and games so you can pick up a quick round of blackjack while you're drinking your beer. The beers themselves were good - no complaints there. The guy who brought us our drinks was super helpful and quick to service us. read more

Awesome little place! Great beer, great service, games to play, plus awesome food truck outside! (Grilled chix wings are amazing- "wing wagon grill" is his name). Ill definitely be back. read more

Nice little brewery with a cozy atmosphere. Beers were very good, their Mexican Chocolate stout is definitely worth a try.

I love this neighborhood brewery so much that I wish it was in my own neighborhood! We visited this weekend for beers with friends. It's a great space to hang out, chat, play games, and drink some great beers. I especially loved their Pilsner, though the IPA was also great if you like your beers a bit hoppier. They always seem to have a food truck or vendor out front, and their outdoor patio is huge for warm days. In a town full of breweries, Copper Kettle remains one of my all time favorites. read more

When I want a quiet, small place to drink a good brew that has not gotten to big for their pants, (thats right Dry Dock, I am calling you out) this is where I head now. Small brewery with some tables and couches and of course the bar with great beer particularly the stout. I would not say they are the easiest to find as they are located in a small strip mall on a side street, so if you are going to check them out look for the food trucks that park out front on the side of the street. If you enjoy good beers of all kind I suggest taking part in the flight they offer, where are beers are labeled as to what you are drinking and explained this way you can see what you enjoy best from here. Most of the time I order this and a pint and I am set. They have some staff walking around to take drink orders, who from my experience have always been right on top of things. Like most small breweries they have little to nothing to choose from for food but there has always been a food truck out front anytime I have been there. read more

Very good beer! There have been quite a lot of breweries popping up around the city. Quite a few of these are serving sub-par beer. However, the beer at Copper Kettle has flavor and body. They represent the styles they are shooting for very well. Nice atmosphere and good service. We will be going back! read more

Good beer, good service. There Heffenweisen is to die for. 1 thing that is unfortunate is to become part of the mug club you bassically have to spend a few $100 per month. read more

I love me some Copper Kettle. Different food trucks coming by all of the time. The seasonal brews are just as good as the standards. This place is totally out of the way. You'll feel like you're either going in to see a consultant or get some rare parts for your antique lawn mower and then... BEER! read more

Not bad for a start up. Good brews, no food, kinda in an out of the way spot but will stop back if in the area

I love everything about this brewery! I love that it has a very family feeling environment, and the amazing beers that attracted me in the first place obviously weigh in to the 5 star rating! The workers here are all very friendly, we always make sure to go on days that Kristin is there. She is the best, super funny and I loved that she remembered my name the 2nd time I came in there. They also have a frequent member program that tracks every dollar you spend and eventually you can use the reward towards beer, merchandise, etc. Pretty cool if you ask me! I am moving out of this area, but will definitely make it a point to come out of my way to visit and support this amazing local brewery! read more

I never want to get over my Mexican Chocolate Stout addiction. I'm very glad that Copper Kettle is sending it across the region now so I can get it in Golden and Lakewood and Denver as well as at the original location. Couldn't be happier to be seeing it on tap as well as in stores in bombers. Thank you, Copper Kettle. Keep it coming and I'll keep imbibing. read more

Wow...something for everyone here. I would have to say their pumpkin imperial porter is probably the best pumpkin beer I've had - and, yes, I've tried Dog Fish Head. The Mexican chocolate beer is fantastic and so is the beer that is stored in tequila barrels. My husband is an IPA beer drinker and he was amazed too. I don't like IPA's so I'm taking his word for it. Great atmosphere. They had a good food truck outside too. read more

The Copper Kettle always has something delicious and interesting to try. Their regular beers are pretty good too. I've only been here a few times but I've had many of their beers at events. It's too bad their location is out in the burbs far from everything else but sometimes it's worth it. The Mexican Chocolate Stout is awesome! The bottled version does not do it justice. One of my favorites was definitely the tequila barrel aged agave lime. One of the best summer beers ever. read more

Love this place. First brewery i tried in denver and i continue to go back. Vibe is cool and nice place to go by yourself or with friends. BEER IS AWESOME! only down side... wish they had food. They do have a food truck but not really friendly to vegetarians. read more

Just tried this brewing co on Friday night. Had tried to stop in the previous weekend but all seats were full. The beers are top notch and its walking distance from our apt- an added plus. In the summer they have outside tables. We enjoyed an oak aged IPA and a Macallan aged Imperial Stout- That was one terrific beer, smooth and wonderful. Great friendly atmosphere and efficient bartenders- this place is so popular they could put heaters on that patio and use it year round to increase the seating. read more

This is my favorite brewery in the Denver metroplex. My main complaint is the location. And yet I still come here. All the beers are crafted with care, even the styles of beer I do not care to drink. My other complaint would be they rotate too frequently. I am longing for the White IPA to return. The Help Me Out Stout was amazing, as was the black IPA. Every Wednesday, they do a firkin limited release and I highly recommend these tastings. The inside of the place is cozy and the staff have all been great. There is also a rewards program if you think you will become a regular. Food trucks are making CKBC part of their routes, but J's Noodles (Thai) is great if you want food delivered to you at the brewery. read more

Lots of yummy beers to try while I borrowed their wifi. I started with their Mexican chocolate stout, which deserves the accolades it has received. It's like drinking a good, boozy mole sauce crossed with Mexican hot chocolate. One of those was enough, so I had the dortmunder, which was smooth and very drinkable. If I had brought some Thai food with me, I would have had a few more. Instead, I tried the le chapeau, a dry delicious saison that went down really easily. After that, I had the well bred, a delicious, caramelly barley wine. This was rich, one glass is enough, but yum. Staff was nice and knew I was on conference calls, like a dick, and didn't bug me too much. I live nearby and biked in. Food trucks show up for the evening. Good to great beers. read more

This place is VERY conveniently located to my home so that in itself is exciting! I had a flight of 6 beers and thought they were pretty good. Of course there is personal preference so I didn't particularly like a few but that's just my tastebuds talking... My fiance and I have different tastes and he really enjoyed them so I'm going to say they were all pretty good. We went in the weekend after the grand opening and the owners were very friendly. Momma was there helping out and we absolutely fell in love with her (I'm hoping she considers it for full time employment). The atmosphere was friendly and I felt at home. All in all we thought it was a great neighborhood brewery that I am sure we will frequently visit. You can tell that the ownership takes pride in it and will not disappoint. My only suggestion is to get some of the food trucks there on the regular, that would be the cherry on top! read more
