Once we had all of our stuff loaded up and moving down the road in the vehicle, she claimed a flat price of $60 and failed to activate the meter while we were driving. We drove only 6 miles and clearly was a mistake she wants to charge us $60. As we got to our location all of a sudden the drivers CREDIT CARD machine "didn't work", so we could only pay cash. I only had $32 in cash so the driver calls her company an we pay over the phone. THEN they say we only have to pay $45, they will lower the price. Such a scam and the paper on her dash board says $2.50 per mile. Rip off. By the way Lyft & Uber charge only $14.00 for 6 miles.

Scariest. Ride. Ever…read more So, the wife and I flew back from Kauai, and our flight was delayed 3 hours, causing us to miss the last Airporter Express, which we had already paid for. What to do? A shuttle driver sees us, and says if we need a ride, to let him know. So, after checking our options, and finding pretty much none, rather than sit in Oakland for 4 hours, we tell him we need a ride. He goes and talks to another driver, and waves us over, saying that guy will drive us from Oakland to Santa Rosa airport, where we are parked. So, at about 1:30am, we get in the van. Clearly, it was past the driver's bedtime. His speed ranged from 40-60mph, and his lane ranged from fast lane to slow lane - usually two at once. We were literally in fear for our lives. He forced a sports car into the next lane over, by almost side-swiping them, and when big rigs were next to us, it was hard to watch. I'm pretty sure he fell asleep a few times (NOT kidding!), which is when he would slow to 40. Then he'd wake up and get back to 60 or so. Took a good 90 minutes to get from OAK to STS, and it seemed like an eternity. So glad to make it there alive (we had to give him directions) that we gave him a $20 tip, and still got some extra $9.50 charge on the credit card. I highly recommend that you AVOID this shuttle company!

NO confirmation was provided at the day of reservation. The person who answered the pone wasn't well spoken in English. He said, don't worry we are confirmed. I had my doubts and sure enough on the day of travel, there was a no show. When I called by 5:45AM looking for my driver, first there was no answer. Called three times and finally a gentleman answered the phone and said we don't have any reservation for you. I am in Tracy and will take me 35 minutes to come. I was so disappointed as I didn't want to miss my flight. I told my son to take me. Not recommended. Will never use them again.
