This is a great family owned and operated yarn shop. The few times I've been in there, all three generations of knitters have been there. So, this place has a lot of experience keeping it going. The wide variety of yarns will make you almost dizzy with delight. There are so many types of yarn and color variation. It's overwhelming, but in a good way. These are speciality yarns of high quality and as a result they are more expensive than yarn from big box stores. They have mohair and beautiful yarn from Australia, plus much more. This is not a shop where you can run in, buy a skein of yarn and run out. This is a place where you go and savor the experience of shopping for yarn. Drink in the beautiful colors, enjoy the music and conversation, contemplate the possibilities of your next creation and just escape from the rest of the world. read more
