The Copernicus hotel is a modern, if not one of the most modern hotels in Torun city. Situated right at the river it is though a bit of the main tourist tracks and thus very quite. The rooms are spacious and so luxery. We were greeted warmly at the reception and guided through the hotel spa and fitness as well as the bar and breakfast offer befor we went upstairs to inspect our rooms. The suit was by far one of the largest hotel rooms I have ever been with enough space for two people to actually waltz in there and equipped to with two TV's, a couch and a large bed. Unfortunately we didn't have time to check on the spa area but I am sure it is as good as the rooms and the breakfast. The latter not only provides fresh bread and all kind of salads, meat and cheese but has it's own coffee machine for the guest to chose their favourite coffee such as latte or cappucino as well as it's own chef for egg dishes. Just chose your ingredients such as veggies or meat and decide for the shape of the egg (fried, omlette, scrambled). All in all a very luxery stay and we will definately come back and use the pool and the gym. read more
