Don't trust them. My car needed to be appraised so USAA told me I had to use them. the woman on the phone told me they were going to total my car and send it to salvage. They hadn't 'even seen it. This place if full of thieves and they don't care either. I bought a trailer from them 12/30/19 and when i picked it up 01/02/19 someone had stolen 2 new wheels and tires off the trailer. It obviously doesn't match the pictures on their website. They wont do anything about it either. To be such a big company their customer service is some of the worst I've seen in the car business. They are thieves. My vehicle was in a car accident. Stopped by to pick up personal belongings after my vehicle was considered a total loss. They had already gone through my belongings and stole numerous items. I've reached out and the company doesn't seem to care. read more

Absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Tried to remove my custom radio/gps and company would not let me because "all cars come with radios." Living in another state, I drove home and picked up the stock radio. Brought radio back and was told that I still could not remove my radio because my insurance company did not notify them that I was allowed to remove the radio, that it wasn't documented. So I call my insurance company and my insurance rep informs the copart employee that everything is documented correctly on the insurance side. Copart employee then decides they are going to actually LOOK to see if the radio/gps was documented on the account. Low and behold it was, copart employee then began to talk over me and ignore what I was saying. All and all it's a terrible company with rude unhelpful employees. read more
