l have been in the used car business for over 40 years, and while the business has changed a lot most things have gotten better. At the Auction however, they seem to be stuck in the old days. Lie , cheat or steal whatever it takes to sell the car. Don't wast your time reading the auction rules, they will change them as necessary. Buyers be Ware at Long Beach Auction!!! They changed the light from Green to yellow and disclose engine noise after my winning bid was placed on simulcast, but 4 days when the manager finally returns my call all the paperwork was backdated to Cover there ass . read more

The process for service is very efficient from checking your car in, to the waiting area, and then checking out. The waiting room is not bad with a lot of comfortable chairs, snacks, restrooms, reading material, and a coffee machine. The parts department and cashier are all in the same area which makes it very easy. I recommend using Pat Peck for all your Honda needs.

It's just an AWESOME truck. Staff is friendly and capable. Location is spotless inside and out. The free gourmet coffee machine is a pleasant touch. I personally can't think of much that is missing. Sent my parents over for a new Ridgeline but they shop around endlessly for the best deals like I do so if they don't buy it here it's because they found it for a dollar cheaper somewhere else lol.

Thank you Chuck and Kelly! Hope all is well!

(2)second time I carried it back and told the office that it was dying on me when I would turn a corner. The mechanic said there was no problem because I just didn't hsve the key inserted properly. (3) third time I carried it back I told them that when I like stopped at a stop sign then start to go forward, it would hesitate then this BIG SURGE forward would happen. It would scare me. The mechanic said "well, the engine light does not come on so maybe you need to use a higher grade of gasoline." So, I go to Polk's and fill up on their most expensive grade the had and spent close to $50 filling up because I was going to Mobile to my sons for the 4th of July. (4th issue) When I got to Mobile, and got out of the car, my grandson was at the door to greet me and he said "NANNY, there 's smoke billowing out from under the hood of your car." It scared the heck out of us both and when I let it cool off, it would not crank. My grandson had to bring me back to Long Beach because I had appointments the next day. Because the car wouldn't start, Chuck Ryan had to go get the car in Mobile and bring it back to Long Beach. I didn't hear from them yesterday after they got the car and so far today (June 7th) I haven't heard from them as to what they are going to do about the car By the way, I told them I didn't want the car and could I have a refund. I paid $2000 down and made one $450 payment. One of the managers named Kelly said they didn't give refunds, but they own the company, so I would think they could if they wanted to. I'm waiting for them to make a decision and call me back
