It obviously doesn't match the pictures on their website. They wont do anything about it either. To be such a big company their customer service is some of the worst I've seen in the car business. I was there recently to retrieve my license plate and some personal items after my car was totalled in my recent accident. I was given their contact information from my insurance company once I released it to them. I do have an issue which is I contacted Copart and requested that they forward the items to me. They took my mailing info and indicated that they would send it, however 5 days later I followed and they couldn't find my request in my notes. So running out of time I arranged to stop by and pick it up in person. It's over 2 hours by ferry and back roads but it's a nice ride. Upon arrival the young lady up front contacted someone by walkie-talkie and instructed them to bring my car down front. In 15 minutes my poor vehicle arrives carried by an enormous caterpillar earth moving type machine and was gingerly placed in front of me. The license plate & frame had been removed and placed on the dash, so that was easy however the rear hatch couldn't be opened, due to damage, but I asked a limber young lady for assistance and she gladly climbed in the back to retrieve my personal items. That was very nice as there was no chance that either of us were gonna climb there in our condition.so overall it was a happy ending. What this location does is sell these cars by various means and also has public auction sales that are held Tuesday at 12:00 PM. The facility itself is open M-F 8am-5pm and they accept Checks, Debit cards, NFC l, mobile payments, MasterCard & VISA.
