I took my car here to auction it off. Didn't make minimum so I went back to retrieve it. They brought it out with a forklift. It was covered in dirt dead battery. (Battery was fine when I drove it there) License plates were missing and the smog report which I left in jockey box was missing. Had it smogged before I took it there to show it was running fine. When I jumped it, it was very loud. It had the catalytic converter cut off of it. Car is worthless now. The office gave back my auction fee of $89.00. Said corporate can't help with anything else.
