Why is the dump site closed on a Saturday? Who's in charge? Why can't you at least have your website stating that the dump will be closed on Saturday? I had to pay to have someone pick up my trash and to haul it to Beaver Hill, now I will have to help him unload it and hopefully next week the site will be open on Saturday? And I get to pay for a second trip! Who is responsible for this snafu?

Terry Guyton answered my call and immediately assured me they could help. He was welcoming and encouraged me to come in. I have a habit of running late, and I ended up arriving just two minutes before closing. Despite this, Terry went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently answered all my questions, was extremely polite and professional, and even helped me carry the bottles to and from my car. His efficiency and kindness truly made a lasting impression. On top of the excellent service, the value was outstanding. I don't know how much these services cost elsewhere, but I was genuinely shocked to walk out with three tanks for less than $80. With how expensive the world feels these days, I expected something like this--with compressed gas--to cost far more. Walking out with my bottles full and still having plenty left in my wallet was a great feeling! If you're in need of welding supplies or natural gas services, I highly recommend Industrial Source. Their exceptional customer service and affordability set them apart. Thank you, Mr. Guyton, for making my experience so positive!
