Jack Kroah (maybe Korah) was on his way back from another job, but somehow looked us up & was able to ascertain THEY HAD INSTALLED THIS WELL & submersible pump when the house was built in 1983. He not only made it out very quickly... was quickly able to diagnose that the pump motor was indeed bad: pulled it: went back to his shop to completely replace the entire 36' of pipe, new pump & wiring and returned about 1.5 hours later and we had running water again !
