We got a quote for EcoWater through Servisoft contracted by Costco. Dan came to the house to see how installation would work out in our home and to give us a quote. He was so friendly & helpful. The quote was very reasonable and through Costco I was given a cash card to use. The techs who installed the unit were wonderful. They did a very clean job and provided great information. We are VERY satisfied with the soft water and the drinking water through reverse osmosis is DELICIOUS! it's so much more convenient than having to fill up those jugs! we drink a lot of water. I would HIGHLY recommend a water softener and RO for your home and for sure highly recommend getting a quote through Costco's program who will get you in touch with Servisoft. A++ Thank you Costco & Servisoft team for making home life even better! My hair is so soft, laundry comes out so soft with NO softener needed and my skin is so happy and supple!

Every person we talked to has been honest, straight forward, and informative. They take their time, explain their process, and provide educated and informative recommendations. I highly recommend using them for your water treatment issues and if you go through Costco you receive cash back rewards.

I do real estate full-time and I first used them to assess the sewer lines in an apartment building my brother and I were personally in the process of buying and he found a sink hole underneath due to the corroded sewer lines (saving us thousands of dollars.) Ever since I have recommended them to all my buyer and seller clients in need of a plumbing inspection, repair or scope! Which is honestly saying a lot, because after 11 years in real estate, I have very very few contractors I recommend. Because a lot are unreliable, but NOT them! They respond quickly, they show up, they are available in emergencies, they do great work, they are super knowledgeable, they are honest and they NEVER pressure my clients into repairs they don't need. They treat your home like it's their home and what they'd personally and professionally recommend! There is also not enough space in here to share all the things they've caught for my clients: rotted sewer stack mains, sewer gas leaks, water intrusion, leaking lines, safety concerns and so much more. Plus, the willingness to put my clients mind at ease by discussing their reports in person or over the the phone at literally all hours. And never making you feel like any question is a silly question... they truly care! If you hire them I promise you won't regret it! Thank you so much Sean, Justin and the K & S Family for being the best in the business! You so appreciated!! Sincerely, A realtor who only trusts them for all her and her clients plumbing needs! (I attached some photos from a recent job, where they scoped and saw the sewer stack was rotted. They then replaced it and replaced all the old waterlines as well.)

K & S Mechanical not only came out to survey the damage, but they were able to get all the utilities out the same day to mark their lines so they could begin working immediately. Sean and his crew worked tirelessly and even gave up their time with their family on Saturday, the day before Easter. This crew worked from dawn to dusk all day Friday and Saturday and were able to not only fix the original burst water pipe , but additional water pipe breaks which occurred when the water was turned back on. Their price was extremely reasonable for all the amazing work they did and the crew was so friendly and professional and cleaned up the site when their work was completed. We cannot even begin to tell this crew how appreciative all of our homeowners are for their excellent work and timely performance so we had water on Easter Sunday and the evening before.
