My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I hired them to sealcoat my driveway, and within less than a month, the asphalt started to deteriorate. It was clear that incredibly cheap and low-quality materials were used. The surface began to crack and flake almost immediately -- something that should never happen with a proper sealcoating job. I contacted Anselmo (the owner) multiple times -- at least 15 -- and every time he had a different excuse for not showing up to fix the issue. He promised to come back and make things right, but those were just empty words. It's obvious now that he had no intention of following through. This company does not stand behind its work, and in my experience, Anselmo is dishonest and unreliable. Don't fall for promises or a friendly attitude up front -- once he has your money, you're on your own. Please learn from my mistake. I was in touch with Highland before the year was over ( August of 24 finished and my first call went in July of 25) and Dennis came out to look at the driveway. There were tire marks at the end of my driveway from someone who had made a turn going out. Dennis told me it was because of the hot weather. There was nothing in the contract that said we are not responsible in hot weather if you are left with tire marks. Perhaps, his contract says that now. in 2025, I started seeing patches of gravel and started calling Highland In 2026 the whole top coat was gone and all you can see now is gravel. My husband called him and he said he would come out to look at it. He changed his mind and had me send pictures. He told me he had driven by and nothing was wrong with my driveway. You cannot see the gravel by driving by the house and it would have been nice if he had called and told us he was coming to look at the driveway. After paying a lot of money to have my driveway redone, Antonio's resolution was to have the driveway sealed. I see people sealing older driveways with cracks but never a driveway that was less than 3 years old. I wasn't looking for all my money back. I was asking for Antonio to see that his top coat was totally gone before the 3 year mark which is this month.

Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property…read moreand we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it's no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already. We have multiple properties and I think we have found our new property manager.
