I called mobiltec and told them the issues I was having with my snowblower and in detail was told what the issues may be and causes of the issues and to bring it in so they can take a look at it and service the snowblower to get it in working order again. Well, not only was the snowblower fixed, it is running good as new. Mobiltec was professional, knowledgable and honest from the moment I spoke to him on the phone, to the end when I picked up my snowblower and seen that it started up with no hesitation and with no struggle. The cost was fair, reasonable and competitive, compared to other small engine services out there, and I am extremely content with the end result. I will recommend mobiltec to all my friends and family. Regards, Anthony
