You can tell the staff take pride in their roles and end product. They cleaned up before leaving and were adamant I was happy with the finished product - and I was. For a couple hundred dollars less than we paid, we would get decent but still plain aluminum that we install ourselves. So, for not much more money, we got these beautiful, fancy wrought iron railings, installed. They look amazing and worth the money, and someone else has some from the same business that still look perfect after a few years. He came to install them in the time frame given and finished when he said he would, which is almost unheard of. Very friendly and accomodating. The only issue was they chipped our new concrete installing them, but other areas had also chipped and apparently concrete is fickle that way. Overall I would buy from them again in the future and readily reccommend them to others. If you can afford more than the do-it-yourself hardware store then absolutely this is the way to go.

I would definitely work with Ilia and his team again in the future because I know that they will do the job right. Thank you Ilia!

Second time just to abandon it to them. Again, no care. The repairing work has been fine. Only once did it not work... took it... brought it back.... got store credit. Always nice. But. I am done.

From the moment I contacted the firm (it seems telephone is best), they were clear about prices and professional about timing. On the appointed day, the team telephoned to see whether they could arrive an hour earlier than the scheduled time -- a situation for which I was grateful. Once here, they took excellent care of my property, protecting the exposed hardwood floors, and were also transparently honest, talking me out of cleaning two side chairs that, truthfully, weren't at all dirty and would have required expensive dry cleaning to protect the designer fabric. Richard and his colleague took their time, working assiduously to clean the stair carpets. I was and am simply delighted with their work and will certainly turn to them again, and recommend them, as well, if ever I or someone I know needs carpet cleaning.

I found him on Craiglist on Sunday, and he was over at my apartment Monday at 1pm. He just left and it looks absolutely amazing! No visible cables, just my 32" Sony Bravia all by its lonesome about 4' up the wall! He finished in under 2 hours and the entire thing cost me less than $250 including the mounting hardware. I was so happy that I referred him to a random neighbor in the elevator and then tipped him $50.
