The first time his prescriptions were filled, we received 2 bottles of the exact same medication-- therefore we didn't receive one of his new medications. What a HUGE med error. I don't understand how this wasn't caught. Thankfully I double checked the bottles when I got home and I'm a healthcare provider so I knew. Otherwise, my child could have easily been overdosed by receiving double of the one med we received. Today, we picked up refills and they completely shorted us on one of my son's medications. He was supposed to receive 75mLs and it was only filled for 40mL. I don't understand how these things are getting missed when it is all supposed to verified and double checked. Big safety issues. They also were huge fans of filling my prescriptions with offbrand medication and then having no answers when I brought up these offbrand medications they were having me purchase. This is also technically my second review about this issue since the first one has been removed. A review that one of their pharmacists had the audacity to respond to by only shirking responsibility and not actually answering or justifying any of their actions. Don't go to this location unless you like having lies thrown at you instead of honest answers about real issues.
