Every time I have this pharmacy a chance to do things right they find a way to mess it up. I wasted two hours total, or so my husband did, trying to get a script filled and new employees and current employees gave him the run around and false information even tried sending him to the wrong store. Finally I spoke with a manager on the phone and he bluntly told me to find a new pharmacy to go to and even said why did you even call me? So much for willingly paying a few extra dollars for a script to get better customer service, nope not here! I will never again go to this Wallgreens ever again, worst service ever end clearly they don't want to try snd satisfy their customers.

They wasted far too much of my time today. Combine that with high prices and I'll go to green acres and other places in town that actually want your business.

The guy helping me couldn't even find me in the system and then finally did after looking again, and the blonde lady that chimed in and told him that they needed to find my paperwork and that it wouldn't be easy... again not my fault. After a waste of 30 minutes I had to transfer my prescription elsewhere. Worse and weirdest experience.

I came in asking about a medication that was supposed to be with my others and before I could even say anything Sam rudely replied well we don't have it and even if they send it now you're not going to get it. Really and I'm the rude one? I am now yes. The short young lady that came to the counter was very polite but I can already tell that bunch is going to last about as long as the rest. They haven't been decent since Tom left in the pharmacy area. So far I have a call in to the store manager, the director and regional level. People come to the pharmacy because they are in need of medication most of them are sick but with nasty employees like Sam and pharmacists like Scott willing to "take care of it" and allow the behavior it won't get better. They have had about 10 pharmacists since Tom left and most of them have been rude and indifferent, but the pharmacy tech Sam has been by far the worst. I recorded the conversation so trust me when I say I was only rude after she was nasty. Horrible service once I speak to the director level and regional level supervisors I will have more to say.
