I came in asking about a medication that was supposed to be with my others and before I could even say anything Sam rudely replied well we don't have it and even if they send it now you're not going to get it. Really and I'm the rude one? I am now yes. The short young lady that came to the counter was very polite but I can already tell that bunch is going to last about as long as the rest. They haven't been decent since Tom left in the pharmacy area. So far I have a call in to the store manager, the director and regional level. People come to the pharmacy because they are in need of medication most of them are sick but with nasty employees like Sam and pharmacists like Scott willing to "take care of it" and allow the behavior it won't get better. They have had about 10 pharmacists since Tom left and most of them have been rude and indifferent, but the pharmacy tech Sam has been by far the worst.
