People like the staff at this pharmacy don't exist in box stores.

I love having a grocery store in the area and not having the extra traffic and people that a Walmart Supercenter has. They do have a limited amount of non grocery items just like any grocery store has for convenience, but they will not have a huge selection since the Walmart Supercenter in town has all of that.
