There is ample parking in multiple locations throughout the park, which makes it easy to hop out and explore without feeling crowded. Each area offers something a little different, some spots are perfect for trail access, others for lake views or picnicking. If you're arriving by boat, the park is just as convenient. One of the parking areas connects directly to the Dewey Short Visitor Center, which has a boat dock for visitors who want to come ashore and explore. The visitor center itself is worth a stop, with lake information, exhibits, and clean restrooms. Whether you're walking, biking, boating, or just looking for a peaceful place to relax, Table Rock Lake State Park has something for everyone. It's easy to access. The ladies we deal with at the front desk (Julie and company) are the bomb dot com. So why the 3 stars? Price! It's getting out of control. Of course they jack the price up on Holiday weekends which is even more upsetting. That's about the only time we camp here. When we first started camping it was around 36 dollars a night for full hook ups. You couldn't hardly get a spot. It was always booked. We had to book a year in advance every holiday so our families could camp. Well...it was $78 a night this year and moving to $82 a night next year. This was the first holiday I looked around and really noticed empty campsites. The many of cabins were even vacant. I believe those are over $1,200 for the weekend if you book those. The full time campsites never had openings. They do now! Yes, it's a nice location, but I fear the new owners are pricing themselves out of the market. It's not a Sandals exclusive resort. Make camping great again Port of Kimberling! I know we are considering taking our boats to a location closer to home because of this. We drive over 2 hours to get here. An hour drive sure sounds nice when prices of everything are so unreasonable. Oh, and my dad just pulled his boat out of their marina because of the price increase.

A little pricey for what you get, but I completely understand the upcharge for the holiday weekend! We brought our dog with us and paid a small one-time pet fee, then he was good to go. Our king cabin was perfect for my our 70 lb labradoodle, my partner, and me. However, I think it would've been a bit of a tight squeeze with anyone else there too. When we arrived, our cabin was decently clean. A few bugs, but that's to be expected in the woods! They don't replenish your bathroom towels while you're there, but we had about 6 stored under the sink for the weekend, and that was just enough for us. There were mini bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion on the bathroom sink, but I recommend bringing your own unless you're only staying one night. The kitchen had an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and some small appliances like a blender and toaster. The cabinets were fully stocked with plates, silverware, bowls, and cups. There was also a small bottle of dish soap and an extra roll of paper towels. There were two TVs in our cabin, one in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. I love the outdoor seating on the spacious front patio. We also used the grill out there and made the best burgers and steak! The dumpsters to drop off your trash bags are conveniently located in the campground area. There's a grocery store only about 5 minutes from the cabins, so we went there to get some small things like seasonings, aluminum foil, and the food of course. But the kitchen was pretty much stocked with most of the things we needed to cook a meal, which was nice! They allowed us to check in 4 hours early, our neighbors weren't too noisy, and we basically had everything we needed. Other than a rain reimbursement that I should've paid for since it poured the whole time we were there (which is totally on me for taking that risk!) we had a such a fun time! I would definitely stay here again.

They had a plan for us to make it work and even provided us with a golf cart to and from parking. I was there on a cold early season weekend, so didn't use all amenities, but they look to be well kept. Facilities are clean, they have great Weber kettel grills, a full kitchen, pots pans, blender, toaster, etc. (Clean what you use) They even gave us ice out of their personal refrigerator for bourbon! They have a boat ramp and slips. Outside power for battery charging. 15 mins from Long Creek Marina. Mill Creek Resort is a great choice of lodging at Table Rock Lake.

I'm not a guy that normally leaves reviews but this time it's well deserved.I'm a local that has…read morelived in this area for 46 years and have visited many parks around Tablerock as I to live on Tablerock.Our group of about 10 people all in there 20's other than myself(64) came to use the picnic area to grill and do a little fishing for 2 hours.No drinking I might add!The lady park attendant approached us 4 times repeatedly asking us if we paid our $5 to get in and ask me for the second time while fishing with my daughter I said yes we did.She snaps back do you own the red truck I said no we have the two black vehicles in which you seen us just 30 minutes pryor.She says oh well I was in the military which I still have know idea why that was even mentioned but the point I'm making is this is the worst example of a campground host i have ever seen!If you approach someone as a host would it hurt you to first say hi how you doing? Just making sure everybody here paid the day use fee and the whole interaction would have been so much more pleasant but no now it's obv left a bitter taste in my mouth and I never again go to your park until this attendant is gone!!!!!She has the worst customer interaction skills ever!She needs to stay out of the public!!!!!

They rent all that you need for fun on the lake…read more Pontoon boats, speed boats, skidoos, skis, tubes, etc etc... if it is for fun on the Jake they have it. One thing they don't have... enough parking! On holidays this place gets packed and there just is not enough parking. The help is almost all teenage kids... they are nice and helpful but are kids... and thus act like it and lose attention and all. However there are a lot of them so generally there is someone usually that can and will help. There is only one bathroom here... that is a problem... especially when people want to change before getting on the boats. TIP: COME PREPARED TO GET ON THE BOAT AND LEAVE THE BATHROOM FOR THOSE THAT NEED A BATHROOM! I mean you know your coming to get on the water... come ready! We rented two pontoon boats, some skis and two tubes for all of us. We rented everything for the day... not cheap but reasonable considering... and we had a blast! A good place to get your fun on the lake "supplies".

As first-time boat renters, we feel we were taken advantage of. We were charged for a new…read morepropeller, even though the boat didn't seem right from the moment we left the marina. It had noticeable vibrations the entire time, but as new renters, we had no idea that wasn't normal. It's very possible the propeller was already cracked before we took the boat out. At some point while we were boating, a piece apparently came off, but we had no way of knowing that had happened. When we asked about the age or history of the propeller, they refused to provide any information. They were also unwilling to negotiate or consider that the damage may have existed before our rental. My advice to anyone renting from them: inspect the boat carefully before leaving, take detailed photos and videos of the propeller and the entire boat, and return to the marina immediately if you notice anything unusual. Otherwise, you may end up being held responsible for damage you didn't cause. In our experience, the boats appear to be fairly worn, so documenting their condition before your rental is essential. I would not continue to pursue this matter if I believed, even for a moment, that we had caused the damage. If I thought we were responsible, I would accept that responsibility. I am only asking that Indian Point Marina fairly consider the possibility that a pre-existing condition or structural weakness existed before our rental and that this possibility be acknowledged as part of its evaluation of this claim.

Ended up taking the 3day trip to Branson where they gave us the big Pitch. Didn't go for the deal but enjoyed a nice 3 day vacay for very little cost. Room , breakfast , shuttles and discounted entrance to Top of the Rock , and Native American history museum. Excellent adventure everything was gorgeous, museum , lodges. Top of the Rock was incredible. All we had to remember was to say no on sales pitch , but off was a fun experience.
