As first-time boat renters, we feel we were taken advantage of. We were charged for a new propeller, even though the boat didn't seem right from the moment we left the marina. It had noticeable vibrations the entire time, but as new renters, we had no idea that wasn't normal. It's very possible the propeller was already cracked before we took the boat out. At some point while we were boating, a piece apparently came off, but we had no way of knowing that had happened. When we asked about the age or history of the propeller, they refused to provide any information. They were also unwilling to negotiate or consider that the damage may have existed before our rental. My advice to anyone renting from them: inspect the boat carefully before leaving, take detailed photos and videos of the propeller and the entire boat, and return to the marina immediately if you notice anything unusual. Otherwise, you may end up being held responsible for damage you didn't cause. In our experience, the boats appear to be fairly worn, so documenting their condition before your rental is essential. I would not continue to pursue this matter if I believed, even for a moment, that we had caused the damage. If I thought we were responsible, I would accept that responsibility. I am only asking that Indian Point Marina fairly consider the possibility that a pre-existing condition or structural weakness existed before our rental and that this possibility be acknowledged as part of its evaluation of this claim. read more

Staff was great but disappointed with the boat... we rented a speed boat for 6 hours at $499. The radio did not work, the seats were torn up, and duck tape was used to hold the gas cap on. Not what we were expecting for a sports ski boat...But overall it did not matter because we had a great family day on the lake-so we were happy! read more

They rent all that you need for fun on the lake. Pontoon boats, speed boats, skidoos, skis, tubes, etc etc... if it is for fun on the Jake they have it. One thing they don't have... enough parking! On holidays this place gets packed and there just is not enough parking. The help is almost all teenage kids... they are nice and helpful but are kids... and thus act like it and lose attention and all. However there are a lot of them so generally there is someone usually that can and will help. There is only one bathroom here... that is a problem... especially when people want to change before getting on the boats. TIP: COME PREPARED TO GET ON THE BOAT AND LEAVE THE BATHROOM FOR THOSE THAT NEED A BATHROOM! I mean you know your coming to get on the water... come ready! We rented two pontoon boats, some skis and two tubes for all of us. We rented everything for the day... not cheap but reasonable considering... and we had a blast! rented a pontoon boat with the 250hp motor. I expected some increased performance since you are paying for the bigger motor rental. Prop looked like it was used to mix concrete and the thing topped out at 26mph on the gps with only six people. Absolutely not worth 500$ for 6 hours when you can barely get a tri toon on plane. Staff at desk super nice but said thats what you should expect from a 250 on a 24 ft. boat. Nope, dont think so, should go near 40 , I dont expect a speed boat but not an electric Duffy boat either. Had a great time kayaking out in the lake. This is a great spot to launch your vessel of choice. Plenty of parking and all are super close to the never-ending slip. There are several docks if you are wanting to rent equipment or launch your own. We have an inflatable kayak and this is the closest we've been able to park and launch anywhere! Absolutely love it. I used to come out here as a kid and my parents and I slept out on their boat. We always had a great time. It's been well over 20 years since I've floated on this lake and it did not disappoint. So happy to have been able to take my husband out in a lake I visited many times as a kid. Great memories! There is even a floating restaurant in one of the docks! Oh, and if you have a motorized vessel there is a gas station to fill up your boat or jet ski right in the water without having to go on dry land. Just motor on up and tie off while you pump! Super easy. Just down he way is rentals for floatation equipment if you want to drag something fun behind your boat, etc. you can also rent life vests and anything else you might have left behind or forgotten to pack. When I returned it they charged $196 for 4 hour rental for gas. Saying we used 40 gallons in 4 hours!! Then if you want to rent a tube and wakeboard they want another $120 for 4 hours. The staff were very nice and friendly. The boats were luxurious and clean. They were not expensive as the other place we were going to rent from. We initially rented for two hours, but called and extended an additional hour. We paid about $60 per hour. So we ran for about three hours stopping four times to take a dip in the water. It is by far the cheapest option my family and I have found for hourly boat rental and it appears that they have upgraded many of their boats in the past year. I honestly can't speak highly enough about this business! We used them 4 years ago and rented their tritoon for 4 days. Split the cost with another family of 5 (10 all together, 6 kids). Most recently, our extended family came to spend a couple days out on the lake. By far Indian Point Marina was the best priced and reasonably located. The entire staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The most admirable gesture, however, was on the second day, the weather was questionable, but we decided to go out anyway. Less than 30 min later, we pulled back in due to torrential down pour rain. Without even asking (I was attempting to ask about switching our boats, because we decided that we rented too big of a horse powered boat) they offered a full complete refund! I have been to Branson twice and this was by far the best thing we have done in Branson. I'm a huge lover of water and find anyway to get out on the water. We came during spring break at the end of March. The weather was absolutely perfect for renting a boat on Table Rock Lake. I was pleased to see that Indian Point Marina had super reasonable prices. We were able to rent a decently sized pontoon. Our rental was at a significant discount (I think somewhere around 25-40% off) because we rented during the off-season. The only other fee is the gas you use, which ended up being around $20 for the 4-hour rental. They have several options for renting a boat. We went with the smaller sized pontoon, which was more than enough boat for our group of 5. You can rent either by the hour or you can get a small discount by renting the boat for 4 hours (which is absolutely worth it). The boat was in great shape and the man who we rented the boat from was super helpful in getting us out onto the lake. I also found the reservation process over the phone to be seamless. In sum, I would highly recommend checking out Indian Point Marina if you'd like to rent a pontoon to take out on Table Rock Lake. read more

Called the day prior to reserve boat rentals and get info. Was told I just need drivers license to get boat rented. When I arrived with my guests I was told I had to have previously registered and had a boater's license, which when I asked on the phone they told me I did NOT need that. Wasted my money and more importantly everyone's time due to the staffs' incompetence. I went right down the street to State Park and they were able to help me get a temporary license and have a great time with their rentals right away. Stay away from Indian Point, if they're that incompetent to mislead you like that who knows what else they've dropped the ball on, like repairing boats, equipment etc. If your thinking about going to Indian point sink that idea and head anywhere else, these guys are knuckle heads and captains of incompetence. read more

Lost my reservation. I called and spoke to a gentleman on Thursday June 7 at 12:09 PM for a reservation for Sunday June 10. He told me a time of 10:30 - 2:30 was available. I thought this seemed odd - I repeated it twice. He took my name and phone number. When my family got to the marina for our much anticipated rental, we were told no one had our name and they didn't even rent during those times. Very disappointed and really kinda ruined our day. Rented a 19' ski boat and was very pleased, especially with the price. Was $40 an hour (and a discount if 4 or more hours)... about half o what the rental rate is at other marinas at Table Rock Lake. The boat was on "good" condition but not "excellent".... a few things broken but nothing of importance... Especially when considering the price. However the fact that it did NOT have a Bimini top could have been important on a sunny day and a longer excursion. Not the most friendly or helpful staff, but acceptable.... especially for the price. I would rent again from Indian Point Marina. read more

We rented pontoons from these guys for years. Always had a good time, never any equipment or service issues. They maintain a decent fleet of boats!! This year we made the leap into boat ownership. While out tubing yesterday I sucked up the tow rope into my intake and stranded us about a mile from their marina.
