In the prior several years, I've never had to clean it, of course for a little dust, but never for what burns on the inside of the fireplace and that is no longer the case almost weekly. I have to really not only use specialized cleaners to get the chemicals off the inside of the glass fireplace, but I also have to know use razors to scrape some of it off. It's so resin heavy. I have no idea what has caused this other than the type of wood, the curing of the wood or how wet the wood is, but at this point, I cannot recommend this service or can I use it again? It's unfortunate, but I will look for a better service and really test of what I actually even have a wood test meter now for water for a liquid, which I never needed it in the past.
