So I was happy when I saw that an automotive repair shop was opening within walking distance of my home ! I noticed so many different types of vehicles in the parking lot. I thought, "that's a good sign", so I figured I would give them a shot on the T&C minivan, at least they were close was my thought ! With that being said I want to say that EVERY positive WORD, and positive review, and Rating, and comment you will read about Highlands Complete Automotive on all these sites is ABSOLUTELY TRUE ! This shop is AMAZING ! As are Kristen, Rich & Matt. They are the best and have the most Automotive knowledge I have ever encountered. Their prices are fair and worth every cent because they won't quit TESTING until they find and REPAIR the problem. Which THEY did on the T&C minivan. They arrived. They were courteous, quick (40 min) and professional, and were able to patch up the tire after removing what turned out to be a valve cap. Then, when they double checked their work, they found another nail and took that one out for no additional charge! Extremely reasonable prices (~$30) definitely way cheaper than investing in a new tire if I'd gone to a dealer! Highly recommend, would definitely go back next time I get another flat!

They, alledgedly, according to the young lady up front, put a dye on it to check for leaks, they inspected it, and they recharged the a/c. Told me to come back if there was a problem or if the a/c lost power. One day and a half after seeing them I was out of a/c again. I went back, they couldn't find the problem or the leak. I took it to Sears Auto center. They did an underhood courtesy, checked for leaks, recharged the a/c and told me, and wrote it on the invoice, that NO DYE was detected from the previous repair location. In other words, that no dye had been placed there before within the same week because there was no trace of it. Today I called Ron's and got a rude response from the young lady up front.

- 10 Star Steller service! -…read more Sooo, I'm in my MickyD's parking lot sipping on my 99-cent breakfast Iced Coffee and my car battery died! As this is a PG rated review, "Oh crap!" I needed a new battery. Customer Service- I called these fine folks, and a very nice employee told me that the owner Matt would be there to help me within 15 minutes! That's right, the owner of a business that's been in operation since 1958 was coming to help! He showed up in less than 15 minutes, jumped my car within seconds, and explained where and how to park my car at his place. Very efficient staff checked me in and took my keys. Ambience- I plunked myself down in a comfortable chair and noticed the very nice couch and flat-screen tv. Within minutes Matt came out and quoted a fair price and said it would be done quickly. Rest Rooms- At one point I headed for the restrooms and laughed out loud and the sign on each door! See my picture. Now I know why the men's room was eat-off-the-floor spotless! I didn't check the lady's room as I didn't want to deal with the screaming that would ensue! Wait Time- In less than 45 minutes my name was called, and I was out the door. That is nothing less than spectacular! My tire pressure light had lit up recently and I noticed that they took care of it without asking. Nice! Walked in with one gentleman at the counter and 3 people behind the counter. Stood there for a couple minutes and the lady asked if I had an appointment, I said no I was hoping to make one and she turned away and went to her computer. I was taken back. Customer sneezed and everyone said bless you and I said "sorry, I don't have the credentials." (Got a laugh from everyone) Stood there another 5 minutes after the only other customer went to sit down. Then I went and sat down. More people came in and I started openly asking who their best competitor is as I've been here for 15 minutes and haven't been helped. Scared me that no one had any recommendations. Then lo and behold I was pointed at and called on. Felt like the price is right and ran to the counter. Asked them who their competitors were as I'm not sure I have confidence that this is the right place for me. They all looked and the lady looked at me and said I didn't know you needed to make an appointment and I said yeah. When you asked I said "no I don't have one but would like to make one" and you walked away. Great costumer service. She was apologetic. But the first impression and confirmation from what my buddy experienced was done. I chose a tire and set up an appointment for an alignment and rotate of tires. But I'm scared if their workmanship is twice as good as their front office staff I would be lucky to have 30% of the lug nuts even on the vehicle when I pick it up. What would you do? I really want to use a local small business. But wow, just wow. I expect this kind of treatment from Firestone or discount tire. Not a locally owned business. And people wonder why local businesses fail.
