If you have dietary restrictions, best to not come here. I can't believe that we are out of $21.00 today and no pizza. I was craving a pizza with chicken and pesto, so I had my husband call in and order that for me at this place because we live right down the street. When we arrived, our pizza was different than we expected. It was the Chicken and Spinach Pesto pizza that came with bacon and additional ingredients that we didn't ask for. I don't eat bacon, so I sent my husband back in to get that corrected for me. It seemed to be a miscommunication, so we kindly asked for just a pizza with chicken and pesto. We handed over our pizza in hopes to get that corrected. No big deal we thought.-- The manager, Andy, let us know that he would not provide a refund because it was our fault because he thought we were talking about the Chicken and Spinach Pesto pizza that was in the menu -- not just a pizza with chicken and pesto like I asked. I asked if I could get what I asked for and he said they don't do custom pizzas, so it's our fault. I saw that there were custom pizzas on the menu, so I felt that wasn't honest. I kindly asked to speak with the manager-- Andy said he was the manager. I felt that this was a misunderstanding that could have been righted. He said it was our faults, and he kept our money and the pizza. We walked away with nothing. I can't believe a manager like Andy wouldn't take the extra steps to make sure that we received honest service-- especially as returning customers. read more

I was working as a Postmates delivery driver and ordered food on a customer's behalf. However, the customer cancelled the order, and I called the restaurant to notify them of the cancellation. Approximately two minutes later, the restaurant manager called back and aggressively asked who's going to pay for the food. I explained that I am a Postmates delivery driver and was ordering for a customer who cancelled. He then asked, "So the customer arbitrarily cancelled the order?" I answered, "Yes." He then rudely hung up the phone without another word. This is not how you treat people in business. I was simply doing my job and did not deserve to be treated in such a way. I have not eaten at Cooley's Pizza in 15 years, but after the way I was treated as a delivery driver, I would not eat here again. read more

I will NEVER order from Cooley's again! Ordered last night and the guy on the phone was incredibly nice. I felt very happy about ordering with them after that. I get there to pick up the pizza and the guy at the counter was again, very nice (I'm guessing it's the same guy who took my order). BUT it's time to pay and all I had was a $100 dollar bill. So the young man taking the payment turns and asks the older guy in the back if they accept $100's. The older guy in the back unashamedly rolled his eyes right in front of me, and sighed, and said "hang on" in a very irritated tone. He then proceeded to take his sweet time finishing what he's doing, washing his hands and walked out to the counter. Two things wrong with this.... a) if you don't accept $100's, tell me. Talk to me. Communicate that and we will work out alternative payment. Don't give me attitude. You're not doing me a favor, I'm a paying costumer. b) if you are gonna come out there, don't be rude and openly disrespect me by rolling your eyes and taking your sweet ass time to handle my money. I work just as hard as you to have that money to buy that pizza. Don't think you're teaching me a lesson by taking your time. All your doing by that is wasting my time and ensuring your boss has just lost a costumer and hopefully many more potential customers, as I hope they read this review. Best for last. So the older guy takes the $100. Doesn't check to see if it's real. Doesn't go to the back to get change. Just takes it. So at this point I'm failing to see the reason why he was upset I paid with it. Now, instead of just giving me the $85 change I would have received after payment, he hands me five $20's and then walks away so the younger guy can take my payment. Now I put thought into this. Why would he give me that and walk away, just for me to have to pay again? Oh, it's because he's again openly trying to show me that what he preferred I paid in was a smaller bill. Like a $20. I am totally understanding that a lot of establishments don't accept $100 dollar bills. If I had a smaller note, I would've given it to you. Trust me. I felt bad, that's why I asked the young guy "do you accept $100's?" as I handed him the money. So he turned and asked the older guy. All that man had to say was "no ma'am, we do not." I don't need your attitude. Nobody does. Save your breath and the both of our times that you wasted. Oh....and the pizza was cardboard as shit read more

This place is about 10 minutes from my home & the only place that my daughter wants pizza from. The owner is very inviting and because we are such regulars when ordering, as soon as I call in, my order is confirmed before I can even say it. Lol! That's just how regular we are ordering from Cooley's. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. read more

Pizza is always good and accurately made. My niece visiting from Pittsburgh loves it.

I've ordered from here a few times and each time the food is delicious and hot. The prices are reasonable and the staff is delightful. This is definitely my go-to for pizza and calzones! I look forward to trying the desserts next time! read more

Several years ago, we Took advantage of a coupon offer try out Cooley's pizza. Since then we have never ordered pizza from anyone else! The pizza is always out of this world, the wings are fantastic, and the service is spectacular! read more

Have ordered from here so many times. Even before they moved. Today I ordered for delivery at 611. Order didn't come until 740. This only happened after my husband called to check on the order. When it finally arrived our order was not complete. When I called to speak to the manager, he was busy. I complained to whom ever answered the phone and he said he could comp us the salad. Which we still don't have. Won't be back. read more

If you have dietary restrictions, best to not come here. We paid $21 and walked away with no food or refund. LOVE the Italian Calzone. The large is big enough for three meals! Their garden salad is also oversized so we order here at least once a week! read more

We had a group of 50 people over our house a couple of weeks ago and Cooley's did a great job providing just the right amount of pizza and salad. Everyone raved about the quality and taste of the pizza and the salads were so fresh they were a hit with our guests. I highly recommend using Andy and his staff to provide you with an easy but delicious meal when you are having your next get together. Their pizza is fantastic. We have it at least once a week, so we are raving fans of Cooley's Pizza Suwanee. read more

I love Cooleys! My job is in the same plaza so I get it quite often. Their pizza is the bomb, I could literally eat it every day. The garlic balls, are to die for. The small calzones are a great size! The owner is very nice and the facility is clean and welcoming! read more

Cooley's Pizza - This is the small Firedbird Calzone and garlic balls! - Pizza Near Me - Suwanee, Georgia

Excellent pizza, speedy delivery, and awesome customer service. Took advantage of a coupon here almost a year ago, and it's been our favorite pizza spot ever since. I need to reiterate the awesomeness of their customer service...I just got the equivalent of a chef visiting my table to ensure he got my order correct! But only it was for my pizza! Literal 5-star service. read more

I LOVE this pizza. We stop in about once a week and get one. The taste is great! The place is nice, clean, nothing fancy. The owner is a nice guy too. I love supporting small local businesses. :) read more

Ordered the pizza calzone for dinner. It's been at least four years since I've had one and when I got the urge for one I immediately thought of Cooley's. A storm was brewing and I was waiting in my car for my order and next thing I knew it was being brought out to me! Totally didn't expect it but certainly appreciated it! The calzone was just as good as I remembered. Quality, quantity and service can't be beat! read more

Great Delivery Service. The people have always been friendly as well. Personally, I'm not fond of very spicy meats or sauces but they have a great blend of flavor and the ingredients seem to be fresh. read more

Really great wings! The pizza was very tasty and cooked perfectly... And super fast delivery!! We ordered and the food was delivered in less than an hour. Very impressed with the quality! read more

This is the best pizza you will ever eat! You can call ahead for pick-up, walk-in, order on-line (for a discount). They remember you. They know what pizza you like. How would you like to call up a pizza place and say, "Hey, this is James. I want my usual and could you add an order of wings." 20 minutes later, it's at your doorstep, pipping hot. I haven't been to a chain pizza place in years. Go to Suwanee's own Cooley's Pizza. Before you go there, I have nothing to do with Cooley's except eat their pizza. read more

Ordered a pizza and the pepperoni rolls....great crust on the pizza and reasonable amount of toppings. Loved the pepperoni rolls and you get a ton per order. Prices are very good as well. Will definitely order from here again. read more

Terrible customer service! They don't stand behind their product or make good on their mistakes. When I went by the store with poor product in hand (wings) to express my dissatisfaction, I was told BY THE OWNER that they don't know what's going on but the wings are really small and I didn't even get an apology! He was very rude and didn't offer to make amends for their poor quality product. I see that other customers have encountered this same rudeness when offering a complaint. TOO BAD, it's decent pizza. They just lost a really long time and frequent customer! Too many good pizza places around to put up with this!! read more

I went to Cooley's and I had a really good pizza. It was probably the best one I have had in a while. They had really good customer service. Cooley's did not have a bad prices either. I got a large pizza and it was only 8 dollars. read more

Visited Cooley's Pizza to pick up dinner for the family last night. Greeted at front by the owner, Andy (super nice guy) and asked for recommendations. Based on his suggestion I ordered the Hoyt's Firebird for myself and a cheese for the kids. The pizza was prepared quickly and I was on my way. The food was awesome! Once my kids devoured their pizza they helped me finish off mine. The Firebird was unique and one of the best pizzas I have every had. I look forward to going back and trying some of their other specialty pizzas. read more

Product and service beyond expectation! On my permanent favorites list. Short and sweet, that is all. You need to order from here...and often, I will! read more

This place used to be good, but the last three pizzas we got taste like bland cardboard.

Great find close to home. Quick place to pick up a pizza or calzone and customer service is always pleasant. We frequent roughly 2x a month - our favorite is the pizza calzone! read more

Well, it is an hour and a half later...still no pizza or verification that the order went through. I can't rate the pizza, but I would say absolutely DON'T take advantage of the 'online ordering'. Unless they get it figured out (like the rest of the pizza world), you will resort, like me, to finding other options for dinner. read more

Was hoping to find a new pizza delivery place. Greek Salad dressing is amazing! However the pizza was subpar. Bummer

We've been looking for delicious pizza and we luckily found this place. We've tried Jets, Alessio's, and Capaldi's and they don't compare to Cooley's. We order here every Friday for 7.99 carry out pizza that is absolutely delicious! read more

I'd like to be able to review the pizza but I can't even order one. I received a set of coupons by direct mail and thought I'd try the pizza. After spending ten minutes in an endless loop on their horrible website I gave up and called the store. They said my subdivision wasn't in their system even though it's less than a mile away. Then they said they were out of extra large pizzas even though they're supposed to be hand tossed. Hand tossed where and when? They offered two mediums but at this point I gave up and ordered online from Marcos who had also mailed a bogo offer. Hope that works out. read more

The food is adequate (pizza's a little dry) and fairly good salads but their customer service sucks especially if you're trying to get a delivery. Based on my experiences with them they would be better served to stick with carry-out. But if you're in the mood for run of the mill pizza help yourself but for the money you might as well order Pizza Hut. read more

I really like their pizza and you can't beat the price in Suwanee. 9 times out of 10 if we are getting take-out pizza, it is from Cooley's. Their pizza is delicious. I really like how they dice the jalapeno's when we order them on our pizza. read more

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service given by the entire staff, including the owner Andy! My husband stopped in to pick up our order and as the young man was bagging the food up, the bag ripped and our salad fell on the floor. Instead of immediately replacing the salad he proceeded to put the salad in a new bag with the rest of our food. When asked by my husband if the salad fell on the floor the young man lied and stated that it had not. At this point my husband requested that they give us a new salad and that we would keep the rest of the food. It was at this point the owner Andy came from the back and very rudely snatched the bag of food and asked my husband in his words "do you want your money back or what?" My husband again explained that we would be keeping the pizza and that he would just prefer a new salad seeing that the prior one had just fell on the floor. The owner at this time stormed to the back and completed the order. With the situation not settling well with me after my husband returned home, I called personally to speak with the owner. I was immediately hung up on and had to call back several times before they would answer the phone again. After finally having my call answered, I requested to speak with the owner. At that time I proceeded to explain that we have been customers for a very long time and the way he behaved was completely inappropriate. He proceeded to tell me that he "can't stand when people like us do things like that." At this point, I truly could not believe I was speaking to the owner of this establishment. He was extremely rude, unapologetic for the situation that happed, condescending and had a total lack of respect us as customers. Needless to say we will never visit this establishment and and will ensure ALL of our family and friends do the same!!!!!! read more
