She guided us through the whole process and whittled down the number of selections I had to make. I think the only thing I did entirely on my own was pick the paint color! And the installation team -- Jeff and Donnie -- were incredible. Jeff also made some great recommendations which improved the functionality of the bathroom considerably. After receiving an estimate from Brian for an interior staircase (ONLY 3 steps, for $3000+), I immediately accepted the proposal and without hesitation mailed the deposit for $1908! After they received the deposit, no official date for install had been set. During which time a Richland County Inspector came by and said to me that a permit would be required. I went back to Green Exterior and told them this. At which time, Chris was introduced. He offered to be a "GC" so I wouldn't worry about permits/ drawings or any other contractors for $600.. materials were dropped and of course with other projects I don't know which company dropped them. They sat in the rain and sun for two weeks. Finally a date was set. Unfortunately , one of their guys had a family emergency and was not able to come out. Another week went by. Finally, I said that I wanted to cancel/ refund at this point and would take the $750 loss since they dropped materials.... Instead of losing the money and deposit, my husband convinced me to keep trying to work with them on another project instead. They gave me an overpriced estimate for an exterior ramp $12000+, that other companies quoted half that amount. At this point, I'm not trusting the intentions of Green Exteriors and declined the $12000+ proposal, again requesting a refund. After a month, I reached out about when to expect the remaining deposit minus the wood... Now Chris has stated they WILL NOT refund because they invested too much time.... Well so have I! Beware of this company and get at least 3 estimates before approving anything from them!!!!

He communicated with us EVERY step of the way. He also took pictures every time they did work on the project. We were able to get in contact with him at anytime we had questions or concerns about our enclosed patio! He made sure that we were pleased with our patio! Dean ( project sales manager) was great also!!! He made sure we knew when our payments were due. He was very accessible every time we had a question or concern! GREAT job gentleman!!!! He was very polite and listened to everything that we had to day about what we wanted. When he gave us the estimate, he said that he will have someone come out and measure to make sure that everything was going to fit as planned. The guy came out and measured said everything was good to go. He ordered the stuff the next morning and he called to set up for the installation. They came and did a beautiful job. I couldn't have asked for better. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.

The roof repair/installation crew was prompt, attentive, efficient and worked great together as a team. Even their cleanup was amazing - 29 squares of shingles removed and installed and I only found 1 roofing nail after they left (down in an expansion joint in the driveway)! The interior repair/painting crew made all of the ceilings look absolutely new again - even the 2 with "popcorn" texture. Would I use LA Roofing again? Absolutely! Communication was excellent from bid to payment, and they got the job done amazingly quickly. Steven and the guys worked extremely hard, and the quality of the finished product is off the charts. It looks absolutely beautiful, and it's a great excuse to spend even more time enjoying the porch. Sunset Xteriors is a first-class operation, and we'll definitely ask them to handle future home improvement projects.
