Installed a new unit for walk in cooler and less than one year later it has a leak on sodder joint and his response was it lasted almost a year. Don't recommend any service from his organization. Cool Solutions claims to be an Auto Fry rep certified to repair the Auto Fry Brand. Most Auto Fry machines are found in bars and grills. We called and spoke to owner Steve on 8-15-18. Steve scheduled an appointment to look at our Auto Fry machine the following day. After waiting the entire day, we realized they were not showing for the appointment. No show and no call. Today when I called Steve, he re-set the appointment today between 3-4. Again no show. I called for the 3rd time today and he said he would head right out. After about 20 mins , Steve called for directions. Upon arrival, he ask what type of business we owned. After I told him we were a night club and casino, Steve hesitated and told me it would create a problem to service our Auto Fry as he is a Christian and would be uncomfortable servicing our business. So this is a business that will base their work around religious preference. Why be an Auto Fry service person then? Why would any business engage in religion when a job is a job? In business, what other people do is NOT our business. The past 2 days doing business with this company was not a Cool Solution. Caution engaging in business with any person that claims to be a Christian but quickly passes judgement to others. read more
