Under no circumstances should you use this shop if you value strong unions. This contractor regularly uses unqualified electrical apprentices working alone as stand-in journeyman/foreman. Under local 233 and the Montana Electrical Joint Apprenticeship & Training Committee no apprentice is allowed to work alone before 4 years and 4 weeks of training. Any apprentice working alone before this accrued time is a major safety concern not only to themselves but also to others around them. Apprentices before this time are also unable to make the judgement that the work they performed is up to state code and done correctly.
