I have been more than patient with these guys. I like the people but the quality of work, broken promises over the past 2 years and the fact that I spent over 20k on these lights for them to work perfectly in the picture they took and share but never again. I sill have all the records of our text, multiple video recording of the lights actually burning as well as how the lights look today. minus 1 if allowed. My 10x10' pool was sub-ed out and guy on the digging machine broke the new sewer lines at two ends- didn't repair, or replace or cap off the broken ends. No one does quality control at this business. Fast forward to the finished pool, deck and cage & a large amount of pavers & pipes had to be dug up to repair sewer lines. Hard to find any one -manager- to call back or meet with me to evaluate the extent of the problem. $3,466.66 repairs and weeks with the city inspectors [who also had difficulty finding a responsible party] owner Jeb offered many excuses and a poolside chair instead of a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

We are so happy and pleased with the pool and spa that Cool Pools built. The owner is top notch and was very hands on and involved. They are competitively priced and offered the greatest value. We contracted Cool Pools (STS INC OF BREVARD) in September 2019. At the time of writing this review we are now 355 days from the start of the project and it is still not complete. We were told the project would be complete around Christmas 2019. The communications and follow up are completely unprofessional and you need to constantly be on them to get anything completed. The owner and/or project manager will look you in the eye and promise to "make it right" and then you'll never hear back from them. The quality of workmanship is generally poor and pool automation is not a strength of theirs. It's very unfortunate as we had high expectations from the initial meetings and they were not selected based on price, as they were not the cheapest supplier. My advice, look elsewhere. read more

Cool Pools met us when we purchased our home in May of 2021. Jeb's team worked with us to design the pool of our dreams. They told us up-front that schedules were uncertain and that building materials were tough to get. The explained that the gunite was tough to schedule and that demand for pools was a high as ever. Shortly after we signed our contract Jeb's company saw some key employee changes, some tough turnover of laborers and a jammed up supply chain. this was going to be a long haul for everyone! Jeb and his team did the best they could to keep us informed and we hung on and waited for the project to progress. Jeb and his team made some tough calls to us along the way to let us know what was going on, but they really stuck with us and so we stuck with them. The pool ended up gorgeous. The overall project took 8 months from start to finish, but we could not be more pleased. They answered our questions along the way and they even told us when they were uncertain about timeframes for certain parts of the project that were falling out of their control. They waiting and so did we. I consider Jeb and his team to be friends now and I would recommend his company to anyone! The other miracle was that Cool Pools honored their price when I am certain they could have hit us with pricing changes. They chose not to and for that we are grateful! We are fans. By far the best Pool Company in Brevard!!!! Unfortunately we utilized another Pool Company to install our pool with the deepest of regrets now. We could never get the contracted pool company to come back and fix issues as they promised to do. Going into the Hurricane season we were concerned about flooding and how to properly drain our pool. We called Cool Pools and Jeb came over right away to address any and all of our concerns, answer questions and even installed a drain for us right on the spot. This is the type of customer service one would expect when installing and investing into a company prides themselves on builds pools. We will be utilizing Cool Pool services for any and all of our future pool needs. We absolutely love having a pool in our yard but more importantly we now love having a pool company we can trust to help us maintain and continue to enjoy our pool experience. They have done tons of work in our growing community and receive great word of mouth recognition and recommendation but I don't think they receive enough praise for the expertly handled and high quality standard of work they do around the Sawgrass Lakes community. So I for one would like to say thank you and I will continue to pass their names on to others that are looking to build a pool at their home. read more

Very poor workmanship & non existent customer service. Pool deck around skimmer cracking due to substandard work. Rock on pool stained pool surface. Heat pump never worked properly. Installed pool without telling customer electrical supply was inadequate - add $3k to project cost. Took down fence and "reinstalled it". It fell down after the first storm. So many things wrong. So few right. Yet no effort made to make it right. Do not use this company! read more
