I have only positive things to say about this company and Joey himself…read more I hit a massive Philly pothole this morning on the way to work, and it wrecked my tire. Joey happened to be driving by and saw my car pulled off to the side. He pulled over and offered to help out. He had my spare tire on in less than 5 minutes and I was quickly back on the road to work. I offered to pay, but he did the job free of charge. I later found out, he was actually off-duty - on his way to a tee-time, and was still willing to help out!! This act of kindness was unexpected and a rare thing these days. Joey was a gem. If you need any sort of towing service - this is the company to call.

It was also crazy low priced- something like $250 to remove the two large dents. They took me that day and it only took a little less than 2 hours. This time, John and Anthony did the "go-around" service on a Honda Odyssey, and it again looks great. I had to schedule the service, but it was only a week or so later (I needed a Saturday). They found a few small imperfections that I hadn't even noticed, and tried to make it as pristine as possible. Can't recommend this place enough!

Went there for a free estimate and followed up with a trip to my car dealership for some touch-up paint and their estimate. Turns out that I don't need to pull off my rear bumper for painting a dime-size scratch that had paint removed to the metal; the piece over the wheel is another story. Dealer can have detail work buff up the plastic piece, but for less money, Virgo can replace the piece with a brand new piece (and paint it). Virgo updated the cost of my original estimate, and it was LESS than the dealers! Being a leased vehicle, I'd rather replace a damaged piece than just buff the scratches off and save money on top of that. Part 2 will be added after the work is done.

They answered all of my questions promptly, followed up to schedule with me, and took their time ensuring that I was comfortable with everything. When I texted with a question I got a call back immediately to discuss the answers. This was a bit of an emotional experience for me because this was my very first car that I've had for 8 years and that car has seen me through a lot - I was very sad to get rid of it! This business made this as smooth as possible. They gave me a quote that was on the higher end of everywhere that I called - not the highest I received, but VERY fair price for the car and the wonderful service they provided! Thank you Rudy's!

John was immediately personable and attentive, put my mind at ease, and gave a fair and reasonable estimate right on the spot. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful, and I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly. I'd read that my car's particular paint color (Mazda Soul Red Crystal Metallic) is notoriously difficult to match. As it turned out, the first time the new paint was applied, there was some flaw in the paint product itself, so John and team had to completely repeat the paint job from scratch. In the end it was obvious they had devoted a very high level of care and attention to this job! Not only did John and his team perfectly repair the dents in the door, but the paint job is immaculate and perfectly matched to the rest of the car. The car is perfect, and they even added a beautiful coat of wax. Plus, John had noticed that my battery was low and wasn't charging well, so he replaced the car battery at no extra charge. He really went above and beyond! I couldn't be happier. 5 stars!
