Now if I were to leave stars for the store staff, specifically the cashiers, it would be ZERO. Stood at a cashier stand for a couple of minutes, no one was there to help me. One team member was at the end of an aisle (in view of the checkstands) stacking something onto a shelf. After a couple of minutes I cleared my throat and she noticed me. Instead of coming over to help me, she said "I'll be right with you" and then RETURNED TO STACKING THE SHELF. So much for taking care of the customer, huh? So I continued to stand there - eventually another team member came around the corner and helped me (yeah, she was still stacking when he did). In today's day and age, serving the customer is what it is all about. I can get pet supplies exactly the same and in some cases cheaper using Chewy.com (free delivery too) - so I will continue to bring my dog to grooming as that team is terrific, but don't expect me to buy a single can of dog food from a place that trains team members to finish a stacking job before helping a customer. I don't believe in rewarding that with my patronage.

These socials are well supervised by an attentive and engaged staff, and all dog owners are present and active throughout. I love this place. I've received helpful insight and information from the staff, and without question it is the highlight of my dog's week. He naps hard after the puppy social. The retail portion of their business is great. There's a dynamic selection of treats and gear for your dog, much of which you won't find at generic pet stores. Also, the quality of their retail products is top notch. Check them out. For true dog lovers, Cool Dog Gear is the spot. Also, the owners (and their staff) could not be kinder or more welcoming - increasingly rare traits in the current retail environment.

The worst possible grooming services ever!!!! Extremely rude, unprofessional!!! Turned away my…read morelittle puppy only because he (the groomer) found no chemistry between himself and my pup. Bluntly said "I'm not grooming him, he just nipped me". To which I replied that my dog had very bad experience in the past and is very afraid of any kind of strangers approaching him with the open hand. After I asked to speak with the manager, I was met with more rudeness, pretty much saying that if the groomer doesn't want to service my dog, there's nothing I can do. I said to the manager that when you choose to become a groomer, you're going to come across animals who are intimidated and scared. It's normal, that's why I had given my dog acepromazine (tranquilizer) which I had gotten from my veterinarian.
