They keep the dogs 8 hours and the dogs look drugged up when they got home there is no reason a dog should look like they Gave them Benadryl or a calm aide I called right away to ask them and no answer and no call back I will call them again Adrian is really sweet but there are places that drug the dogs and keep them 8 hours that's how long the effect is I know a professional groomer who said to be careful of that no one should have a dog for 8 hours for a grooming so I will be doing my own dogs now read more

I have brought my dog Winston here several times and have had a pretty good experience. However the last couple of times has been less than great. I dropped my pup off at 8:30am and at 6pm they had still not cut him. :( Then when I finally picked him up at 6:45 his cut wasn't even and he was stressed from being there all day. I'm going to give it one last try and see how it goes. I really like the staff here, they truly love animals. However at times it seems they are in a little over their heads. read more

Amazing they treated my little peach so well and she was so happy when I picked her up read more

Cool Cuts - Fresh and clean - Pet Groomers Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

Cool Cuts is Riley's "home away from home". She knows where we are as we're turning into the parking lot and jumping out of the jeep to go in..that should tell you something right there.....they are all amazing groomers and animal lovers. Adrianne and the entire staff are the best! Everyone I recommend them to says the same. And Riley comes out looking perfect every time! It's also very nice that the dogs can "hangout"' while waiting to be groomed and picked up - I think Riley loves the socializing the best! To those saying sometimes they are there a long time. They will tell you that up front when they are completely booked, especially on the weekends, but I've turned that time into errand running and outside work time when needing to go in and out of the yard with the gate open, but on the flip side, if they call and say they are ready, and you are in the middle of something, they are gracious enough to tell you to take your time picking them up. Hope they are around as long as I have dogs because I can't imagine any other groomer living up to their standards! read more

Cool cuts has such a great staff! They are the July people who have had the love and patience needed to groom my pup! It's slightly more expensive than the standard spots but definitely worth it for the quality and care. They don't crate any of the dogs, so they are roaming around while they wait - definitely a plus! My dog is a rescue and is a little anti-social with other dogs. We try to bring him in even for a bath sometimes so he can just get better socialized. Adriane and her team are happy to help! I recommend this place 100%! read more

Cool Cuts - Before and after with our fuzzy pup! - Pet Groomers Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

I always let everyone know what my time line is - normally I am a little more laxed since I work from home, but my schedule is tight. We have NEVER had a problem with time there, but I would challenge a lot of groomers. I used to take my girl to a place that had a day care there and she consistently came back with nicks on her nose and hot rashes on her belly - not once did she come back no in some sort of pain. Same with other places. However, Adrianne and her professional staff are wonderful - Chelsea loves everyone there and though she does come in and sit on their chairs when we come in (she is a little nervous) she gets excited when she sees where we are. Keep up the good work CC - you are why we will drive a long way after we move to use you!!! (Chels says "hi") read more

This place is a great locally owned groomer....the prices are fair if not lower than average and my Shih Tzu doesn't freak out when he goes there...gone there 2x now and very pleased each time with service....the owner truly loves little dogs and the vibe of everyone else working there is nice as it should be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for doggie cuts.. read more

Cool Cuts - My Shih Tzu looking dapper right after his trim - Pet Groomers Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

This lady is SO NICE! And did an amazing job. And also let Abu stay there all day after he was done so that I could move without putting him under stress. Highly recommended! read more

My grandmother and I have brought our doxies here for many years. Everyone here are genuine doggie lovers and make an effort to keep their fur guests comfortable. I brought my newest doxie "Ginger-Snap" who was a rescue to them to be groomed after a horrendous experience from her previous owner. Ginger obviously had trust issues and would "snap" at those she thought would hurt her. After bringing Ginger in the door, the owner welcomed us. After I explained Gingers story and warned her about her snapping, she soothed ginger by speaking to her softly and instructed me to put Ginger in her arms. She rocked her and sang to her as she walked to the back. She took her time and spoke to her throughout the entire experience. Her other employees did the same and showed the same level of care. A trait hard to find at big corporate salons. read more

The staff that work there were extremely nice and attentive, especially the lady working at the front. They asked me what I wanted exactly, and did everything I asked and had her done by the time they said. My dog came out looking and smelling great. Also, the cute personalized bandana was adorable. read more

This is a great "mom n pop" groomer store. The owner Adrian is really nice and helpful if you are not sure how short your pet's hair needs to go. The animals are well looked after and allowed to free roam, which is so much better than being caged. The are pretty quick when it comes to grooming which I love as nothing I hate more is my dog being stuck at the groomers for most of the working day like previous groomers. One thing I will also say is, is this is the only place where can I get my dog to walk in on a leash, at other places I normally have to drag her in or she's literally panicking and trying to crawl up my legs. If that doesn't say great service I'm not sure what does ? read more

This is the best dog grooming place, we have been taking all our dogs here for the past 8 years. The owner Adrienne is wonderful she treats all the dogs as if they were her own babies. They're not put in cages, all the dogs play and run around while waiting their turns or waiting to be picked up. Would recommend this shop to everyone read more

This was my first time bringing my little barely 5 pound Morkie Ginger! Her hair was out of control but Adrieanne made her into an absolute princess. Not only did she and her assistants love on my dog but Ginger played so hard while she was there I barely could get her into the car to go home! She wanted to stay there! Cool cuts are experienced and professional. She came out super clean, ears tipped, fur/hair perfectly hand cut and with a cute bandanna! We are going to become regulars! read more

I love the owner, Adrienne. I've taken every one of my dogs to her for grooming because I know she cares and is very gentle. My girls, Cookie and Amira, have been going to Cool Cuts from year one and even my previous dogs were taken to her as well. Overall, this is a great place for a dog hair cut. The little bandannas are a cute plus too! read more

Bad business. They consistently take much longer to do the grooming than they promise. They overbook the appointments on weekends and then stop answering the phone--even if you are calling about the status of your dogs. This has happened to me twice. The second time they accused me of lying about trying to call, and then when I showed my cellphone record they said "well we're just too busy to answer the phone." My dogs shiver and shake when I take them there, which is not a good sign. I won't go back. read more

I'm seasonal here in Pompano and my 2 dogs needed grooming desperately. On the recommendation of my neighbor I took them both to Cool Cuts. I was so pleased when Adrienne greeted us because both dogs were skittish and she was so attentive to them, talking to them and petting them to relax them. It was obvious that this was natural and coming from her heart. When she called to tell me both dogs were ready I was running errands and was several miles away. I told her I'd be there as soon as possible and she said to take my time, both dogs were fine, and to come when I was ready. I'm not sure who actually did the grooming, I know at least one of the dogs was done by someone else there, but both dogs came out great! I was so pleased with the grooming and basically with the whole experience. I am happy to say I have found my new groomer and will definitely be going back. read more

I have never had any problems with Cool Cuts - in fact, quite the opposite. I have been taking my little poodle to Adrienne for the past three years on a monthly basis, and she LOVES going there, being free to roam with all the other doggie friends! She always looks perfect when she is finished with the grooming, and that is no easy task, as she hates for ME to brush her! I have recommended Cool Cuts to four other friends with dogs, and they all unanimously say what a great place this is, and how happy they are with the way their dogs look, and the special treatment they get. Thank you Adrienne, for the love and concern you show our little four-footed-friends! read more
