Your absolute #1 choice should be with Will!
Hailey K.

SERIOUSLY THE BEST GUY FOR THE JOB!! AMAZING WORK! I cannot rave enough about the wonderful job Will has done with our Cool Catio! He is also one of the sweetest human beings on this earth and so professional. He always made sure that our ideal Catio was completed. We live off a busy street now, and our kitties love being outside (it's a definite plus to be able to have the litter box outside too!!) He took the time to work with us on how to best place the catio and the craftsmanship is outstanding. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND DOES IT WELL! The catio is not cheaply made and he put in the work to make sure it is long lasting and beautiful. Including even a door for us to access from the outside and creating a custom cat door so that the cats can enjoy going in and out as they please! Even our most timid cat loves being out there on the cat hammock. This is such a great idea if you live in an area that is not ideal for letting your fur babies roam. Will even makes sure that we are happy with the outcome when work is completed. This is one of the best decisions and improvements we have made for our family and if you are ever considering a Catio. Thank you so much will for everything! Your absolute #1 choice should be with Will!

Was very prompt at responding and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Both of my cats love the end result and of course I do as well. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a catio!

His measurements are precise and really listens to what the customer's needs and wants are. The project was completed in 2 days.

How much does a catio typically cost?

Hi Becca! My apologies for the slow response. I've been having technical difficulties on my end. The cost of my catios vary depending on location and size. I would be more… Read more

I don't believe in giving shelters zero stars unless they truly deserve it. It is not an easy job…read moreto do. But today made me tempted to submit a zero star review. I had the intention of adopting a dog today which I saw on the website. It didn't say on the website that he was neutered YESTERDAY. I visited the dog in person without knowing that and loved how sweet he was and we bonded instantly. When I committed to taking him home I wasn't aware he was JUST neutered. I thought maybe it was recent but not yesterday. I had already agreed to taking him home though, and I felt bad that he just had surgery and was in the shelter. Very sweet love bug but I also cannot commit to all of the long list of after care requirements of the surgery when it is that new and I didn't know what I was getting myself into fully. They didn't even give him his medication for the day when I picked him up around 1:30 pm. I forgot the medication there and no one called me to let me know. It's so hard to reach the staff members. The voicemail boxes are full, no one answers and there is no general number to the shelter where you can speak to someone. I didn't get a cone and they only offered medication for like a day. Not only that, the dog had a lot of separation anxiety that was making me anxious. I didn't want to say that because I didn't want to hurt the dog's chances of adoption asap. I was not prepared to deal with that much anxiety post surgery either. I had the dog for maybe 4 hours. He had time away from the shelter, had treats, was cuddled, and I even bought him a cute collar that made him look so handsome. When I dropped the dog off, one officer treated me like I've had the dog his whole life and like I was abandoning him, and made me feel really uncomfortable and guilty. She said, "go up to the counter and tell them exactly the reason you told me for returning him", reprimanding me. At least I brought the dog back before he got extremely attached which was happening quickly and I only had the dog for a few hours??? And the way she tried to shame me in front of the other staff was totally uncalled for and inappropriate for the situation. I help this shelter any time I can and to treat me like a piece of crap that was abandoning a dog was not cool.

My husband was in line at 7am (even though they opened at 8) waiting patiently for our dogs. He comes into the shelter excited about our new additions but finds out the girl was already adopted! He comes home with just the boy...disheartened that he only got one. We love our new family member, Alpine, and we might give him a brother or sister later but we are thrilled to get his puppy kisses every morning...a wonderful, healthy dog from a great shelter!

The application…read moreprocess is very thorough, yet this is necessary in finding homes for animals that have experienced much suffering. They are very knowledgable and care about the cats and kittens they foster to no end. They are committed to finding them great homes, even if this means they must stay at a foster's home for several months. In May I adopted a 3 year old seal point male. He had been homeless prior and was underweight, flee and worm infested. The foster who was caring for him was wonderful and extremely knowledgable. She assisted me he choosing him after I explained to her what type of cat I was looking for. Several months later she is still available to support and provide advice as well as share photos with! Now I can't imagine my life without new furry friend, Gio. He is the perrrrrfect cat for me! About a month ago I decided that it might be nice for Gio to have a friend, and again Pacific Siamese Rescue helped me choose a perfect little playmate for him. Just yesterday I adopted my second seal point, this time a female, Lu Lu. When I went to meet her, her foster mom, Diana, sat with me for over an hour while we played with the cats and talked. She explained to me in detail how to best integrate the new cat and answered all my questions. She was more than gracious, giving me several of Lu Lu's toys as well as some of the wet and dry food that she had been eating, so that her transition would go a smooth as possible. Gio and I love our new addition already. Somehow the wonderful people at Pacific Siamese Rescue knew that Lu Lu would be a great fit! I love having these 2 wonderful and loving animals in my life! I am sooo greatful to Pacific Siamese Rescue for doing such great work matching the wonderful animals they foster with such caring homes!

We had applied with multiple rescues across Sacramento, but many were non-respondent or had old legacy listings for dogs that were no longer available. When we saw "Fuggle" pop up on AdoptAPet.com one morning, I knew I had to put in an application for our family, despite feeling hopeless that it would not go anywhere. The application was quite thorough, but was quite similar to those we'd filled out for our Berner. I received an auto-reply stating they would reach back within a week, and lo and behold 7 days later, I received the happiest news and sweetest email, "I am happy to tell you that we have selected you for my favorite puppy! He really is the cutest.  What is your schedule like? I am hoping to do homechecks this week and then have the puppies picked up from the adoption event this weekend.  Just to make it easier for us to get it done :)" We quickly got in touch for a homecheck after work one day, were officially approved and were able to take "Fuggle" home just 13 days after submitting our application. The adoption process was so incredibly smooth and easy, and everyone at Recycled Pets was incredibly nice and professional, from the home visit, to the foster parents, to the adoption day. We've since attended a puppy reunion with his litter, and have joined a wonderful online community that celebrates everyone's extra-special love for their Recycled Pet. I'm so happy that Recycled Pets helped us find "Fuggle" but just as happy that we have such a caring and loving rescue organization here in Sacramento.
