It was a small lid like a stopper but I thought it was a solid piece. I was so embarassed and ashamed and I asked what she wanted me to do. She told me I had to pay for the piece. I understood and said yes.. I am upset because the shop keeper treated me as if I was a 5 yr old; was not sympathetic or understanding in anyway and did not offer any kind of discount (which should be a cost of doing business) I was paying full price for a broken piece of pottery and the other visitors were nicer to me than the staff. I needed $400 for a small real estate deal this afternoon, not wanting to take a cash advance on a card and I thought wow, I've lived in Leander for over 10 years, driven by this store on my way to the car wash next door. Lemme see what I can get. First off, I'm extremely aware of the idea what we have is never worth as much as we think. I've traded in dozens of sets of clubs over the past 50 years, I use the PGA Retail Value trade in guide as a barometer and their book is vers valuable. It's solid. Dicks Sporting Goods, PGA Superstore, Golf Galaxy all use this very guide. And I get it, they only had 2 bags of clubs in there they wanted $60-$100 for and 1 were more than 10 years old, and 1 set was at least 20 years old. I was polite, waited patiently, wasn't expecting anything else...and he wouldn't give me more than $100 for the clubs on a loan, and I couldn't replace the bag & clubs for under $1500. Impossible. Of course, that's probably why they don't have any clubs in there because they're dismissive and rude, and it's fine because I don't need the money that bad. What this little man didn't know was I had a Tag in my pocket I would've sold for $$ he could've made nice money on but once the disrespectful tone & attitude took over that was a non-starter for me. I pawned the clubs elsewhere for $350, which all I really needed. I won't be back, I'll never forget.

Some of the items may have minor cosmetic damages such as a dent. The store run tests on them to make sure they are fully functional. Those appliances are under the manufacturer warranty, and I believe A4L also offers warranty. 2. Knowledgeable Staff: The sales associates were friendly, helpful and well-informed about the products. Michael, the store owner, helped me evaluate the pros and cons of each options and we decided on the refrigerator, washer and the dryer that are not only beautiful but also functional for my family's needs. 3. Fast Delivery: The store offered delivery, which was a huge plus for me. What to consider: 1. Cosmetic Flaws: like I mentioned earlier, some of the discounted items had minor scratches or dents. I thought I was buying a scratch and dent dryer,,,,,,I did not know it was used also. I found it on…read moreline for $448, called and talked to store said I would be there the next day at 11 am. The people were nice and it seemed to go smoothly. When I got to the store the dryer was packaged up in clear cellophane. I could see the few scratches it had,,,,everything seemed ok. I went to pay for it and they rounded up to $450, I did not say anything, no big deal. The floor help was nice and helped me load the dryer and even got me extra cardboard to protect it. I got home and removed the cellophane and to my surprise my wife said it is used! There was lent in the trap. After removing the screen there was hair and dirt on the inside. This was a used dryer, not just a scratch and dent. The price I paid was for a brand new dryer with some scratches, this dryer should have been cheaper for having been used for no telling how long. If you do business here,,,,,Caveat emptor, let the buyer beware!!!!!!

Today I went in to pay on a layaway and ended up getting more tools on layaway. They have great prices on the tools I need to fill out my tool chests. Her condescending attitude is overwhelming at times. I've been twice, the first I noticed some older MTG cards that I looked through. I left after a few minutes of looking through and decided I would wait and come back. I decided to return today and purchase some, and use the app I have to check if any were valuable. Their doors were open and I walked inside. I was informed they were closing and that I could look at the MTG cards but only if I intended to buy because the first time I looked and didn't purchase. I explained that I intended to if they were worth my purchasing. "Oh no well we aren't doing that" and led me out the door with her male counterpart quickly rushing me out. Needless to say, the woman has no idea of how to run a business. I understand if your closed then tell me that.
