When I bought my house it had a Cook's Termite Bond. I kept it. They never did anything but walk around the outside of my house and charge me. They never set out stations or sprayed. When I said this didn't seem very professional, they declared me "rude" and cancelled my contract. Within 3 days I had termites swarming inside my house. It costs lots to get rid of the termites and to repair the damage. I should have sued. I would never use this company again under any circumstances. read more

We had a manger that was very rude to my 80 year old mother I was there to I called and reported it but I nothing will be done

I purchased a home last week and visit daily, getting it ready to move into. When I went to weed the garden inside the back fence today I saw dark brown patches of earth around the lawn perimeter and the lawn in the fenced, locked backyard, on my property. As I was leaving, I noticed something on my door. It was an "annual termite inspection report" saying Cook's had removed the termite stations on my property (without my knowledge or permission) and offered to sell them back to me. I've never had a contract with Cook's. The people I bought the house from didn't have a contract with Cook's (they used a different pest control company). When I called Cook's to find out why they entered my property without my knowledge and permission, they thought I was someone who lived in my new house years ago. I've asked by what authority Cook's entered my property and no one could give me an answer. The manager I spoke with offered to waive the re-installation fee if I'd sign a contract with them. That felt like extortion. And I felt my right to be safe and secure in my own home was violated. I declined Cook's sales pitch and contacted the pest control company who did the termite inspection on my house; they quoted me $680 to install 27 termite stations. read more

They are HORRIBLE. I will NEVER EVER USE COOKS AGAIN!! And I will tell everyone I know to never use them either. I've found out you can get a lot better service , cheaper and they'll be fairer, kinder and do the job better. The termite system they don't even own and it's way too expensive. They are liers and no one should trust them!! I don't even want to get into how they did us because I'll get too angry but trust me DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!! If could give zero stars, we would, this location is not honest, they are liars and only care to about trying to bill you and get money, they tore up the foundation in my house installing vents, had to have them come back & fix, When year contract expired, I cancelled and they keep sending me a bill for termite service, do not use this company.
