Ben has been servicing our home regularly since we began with Scout a year ago. He is beyond fabulous and an absolute pleasure to work with. He calls before he comes and today, I had something unexpected come up and had to leave as he was coming in to complete our service. Ben knows my home and that I have dogs and cats. When I let him know that I had to leave, but that my mother was there and the animals were up and out of his way, he went in my home, per my request, and completed the service. Once complete, he called me to let me know what he had done and what to expect in the coming weeks from the treatment. Ben is absolutely amazing, the best of the best. When I said this didn't seem very professional, they declared me "rude" and cancelled my contract. Within 3 days I had termites swarming inside my house. Our house is three stories including the basement and the lowest level has some areas that buggies and "creepy crawlers" can enter. As soon as they make it to the perimeter, they stop moving because they're dead. I don't know how it works, but it just does. We also never get mice and I haven't seen any snakes.
