A few machines were super smelly & I pulled my clothes out before starting. Another one ran for 3 minutes before water was added - really thought I was gonna get screwed on that one. It was clean but very dated. Snack machine out of order, instructions to see attendant (but no attendant in sight). Prices were good but ehh - I'd rather spend a few more dollars for better running machines.

They then offered FOR FREE to lend a portable steamer for us to take to the venue as we had many young men in the military traveling in for the ceremony and would need their uniforms steamed out. They trusted us completely and were extremely helpful and kind. The store is clean and organized. Great people!

I wasn't about to put that mess in the dryer and put in a lot of money to dry soapy clothes. The attendant did not offer to put them in a different washer until I had loaded 50 lb of soapy clothes in my car and had warned another customer about the washer I'd used. He put his clothes and money in a different machine. The owner then said I owed him money because the customer used a different (larger) washer. Clearly, the owner has deferred maintenance on his machines and has the water and extraction cycles totally throttled down. Best of luck to all of you.
