All of the yogurt fixings were clean and prepped and ready but looking at the donut fixings, it was messy and empty. We called out "hello" loudly and several times, but no answer. We could hear people talking in the back though. There was a space heater on behind the counter and someone's purse sitting on the back counter, so I know at least someone was there. We knocked on the counter and still nothing. So we left. No donuts for us!

I quickly picked up a few items: Dutch letters, almond horns, almond tarts, and blueberry filled Dutch windmills. The first three items have a strong but not overpowering almond flavor. I especially liked the almond horns which had a crunch but chewy and buttery texture. I also really liked the windmills and wished I had ordered the raspberry ones as well. It was buttery and flakey with just the right about of blueberry cream cheese filling.

We tried cardinal tracks (chocolate ice cream with chocolate-covered raspberry cups and fudge swirls) and business brew (espresso and vanilla ice cream with espresso flakes and fudge swirls).
