After sorting through several different options online and reading through customer reviews I decided on trying Windermere Flowers. I was concerned that it may be too short of notice as the service was the next day, but I called and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that the order was received early enough to get the spray done in time and delivered to the service. He also explained that he may have to substitute some of the flowers due to availability, but the color scheme would stay close to the original spray posted on their website. I asked if they could possibly send me a picture of the completed spray and the gentleman said he's not sure they would have time to do so as they would be quite busy that day, so imagine my joy when I received this beautiful picture of the finished product and a note that it was out for delivery with plenty of time before the service. ($15 delivery fee) The customer service and value of product is above and beyond my expectations. I was advised to make sure I input the correct website address as there are scammers that prey on people in their time of need. The website posted here is correct. I dropped the flowers off at their store so they could see them, and they graciously offered to replace them AND have them delivered to my home. I was so impressed with their immediate resolution and made sure to note that I realized that florist are dependent upon the vendors they get their flowers from, and in no way was I blaming Shantall's for this.
