He likes to argue and as a customer that orders and reports something wrong with the order and the being told no, with no sympathy. This is the first bad review I've left for a place, takes me a lot to get to this point. I've been going here for years, but the last few months the service has been horrible (maybe there was a change in management). I'll order usually around 9pm, get there at 9:30, and I'll have to wait til 11pm sometimes to finally get my order. This is for orders of all kinds, I've had to wait two hours for an order of THREE cookies. I've called the store number and not once do they pick up. My friends and I have faced the same problems of being ghosted for hours with no explanation to the progress of our cookies. The times I've ordered from the app the order doesn't process correctly. After waiting for ages each time, it's more often than not that I get the wrong order completely. My last straw was this week, when I ordered around 9:30 and intentionally showed up at 11 KNOWING the order wouldn't be done yet. When the guy asks what my name is, he says he never got an order from me. I showed him my email receipt and my bank account that I was charged $20. He shrugged and said "well I never got it sooo" and rushed back inside instead of agreeing to make the cookies I paid for, which by that point I was over it and just wanted my money back but he left mid conversation. I should point out this is a order we've ordered many times in the past and we are usually very happy with it. Normally a cookie "bomb" would come with two cookies stacked on top of each other with frosting and a topping. But sadly when we opened our boxes we found just one cookie in each instead of the normal two. But the main reason I made this review is because the cinnamon toast bomb wasn't baked at all! It was just raw cookie dough with a messy scoop of frosting. We were super disappointed. We use to recommend this spot to friends and family but after spending $22 for two cookies that weren't at the very least baked fully we wont be recommending anymore.
