Nothing special or to write home about. I have eaten here but I only go for the ice cream now. The staff does not take customers serious one bit they all have a bad attitude and not helpful one bit. School cafeteria food and they don't even have the square sliced sheet pan pizza. read more

Burgers are small and very well done / overcooked. The restaurant was understaffed, it looked like only a couple people working and it was hard to keep up with the drivethrough and walk ins. The restaurant was not neat. It was moderately clean. Not a place I would consider a second time. read more

The burger is small and they didn't get the order right and had to send it back. Every place I have ever been when the order is messed up that bad the always gave something extra like a free meal on next visit They did not even say sorry for getting it wrong. This place allows their employees to sit in the restaurant and talk loudly on their phone(of course on speaker) and play inappropriate music loudly. I come to a restaurant to relax and eat lunch not to be disturbed by such distractions. read more

Food service was terrible. My order was 10 orders infront of people receiving theirs. I had to go back to the counter and ask about my food. 15 minutes later I received my food and it was awful. I felt DISRESPECTED!!! My burger was overcooked, fries had no seasoning salt as requested seasoning salt in my order. My milkshake was cheesecake add chocolate chip. I told them I had no chips and the my just poured on top without mixing. Everyone else was coming back to the counter complaining of food so the atmosphere was terrible. If I could give no stars I would. Definitely don't recommend spending your hard earned money on something that's thrown together unless that's what you like. read more

Very helpful ordering and pickup through the drive through. Great small hamburger, onion rings and Cheese bites. Trouble was beef patty wasn't covering half of my bun. Person with me had a party that was maybe 40% of the bun size. Where is the BEEF??? read more

I go here a lot and am always satisfied but this time i asked for no chipotle on my quesadilla and 24 cheese curd. they put chipotle on my quesadilla and gave me like 6 curds. the curds were also so burnt that the cheese wasn't even there. the white girl with black hair in the drive thru window was very rude and snappy. completely disappointed and ruined my dinner. thanks cookout. read more
