I've been using Conway yellow cab since 2014. I have always been happy with the service and the drivers. Consistently spend $300-$400 a month easily. The last few days we lost power at the house and now the a/c isn't working. It has been 95+° during the day and 85 at night. Finally found a way to get a hotel room. I have had my dog several times in their taxis. They always say he can ride. Today...98° in the house. I call and they say can't take the dog. We are all getting heat exhaustion and they say the dog can't ride. Because Ed had to vacuum the hair....i told him I would do it. He laughed and said it's ok. I don't need 2 faced taxi drivers or taxi companies that can't respect their long term clients. Guess I'll start using Uber. Which sucks because I like using local businesses. But no loyalty? I would give them 5 starts but Ed is the worst driver in the company. I have been using this cab service for about a month now and there's always some issue when he comes to give me a ride. Often times he lies and says he calls and that my number doesn't work and will just leave, but not another single cab driver has had an issue calling me, he will show up way before my scheduled time and then charge me "late minutes" when that wasn't my scheduled time, and he also over charges me. He tells me I have to pay one amount, and then I'll get a text saying that the ride sometimes was up to $5 cheaper. He also buts into personal conversations super annoying! But all of the other drivers are excellent.... Update, things keep getting worse! When the cab driver doesn't feel like coming, they lie and say you're phone is busy. Great service and affordable. I never have a problem. This is my go to cab service. However, as I got in the white van cab I noticed there were no seat belts for my child or myself. Really think this specific van should be suspended until proper restraints are added. read more

I originally called Yellow Cab, years ago when they were 1st opening, for a regular customer of mine who needed a ride. I actually called the other Taxi service in town at the time 1st cause I had their card handy. When I said where we were & that my customer needed picked up, the driver's response was a very irritated, "I was JUST there!" (Has nothing to do with me or this customer!) And then started to tell me how it was gonna go & how long it would be.... So I quit bothering him & hung up. Ridden with Yellow Cab countless times over the years. I took this cab today after dropping my vehicle at the shop to be worked on. Worst drive of my life. The ride was just 1 mile and the driver (Bobby) had his phone in his hand the whole time looking down at it more than the road. He must have the phone super glued to his hand since he used his left hand to change gear. He was speeding which should not be a surprise to me at this point. Like I said, the trip was for 1 mile. Had he observed his directions prior to the drive he would have known it only had 2 turns. He does not even deserve a 1 rating but that is the lowest that it goes. I have already searched a different cab company for when I pick up my car and ripped up their card. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice - just ain't gonna happen. This was my first and only experience driving with this company. Unfortunately, if this company is any good, they will need to do damage control if they keep Bobby on. People want and pay for responsible transporters. read more
