We visited several of the schools in the area to determine which one we liked best before we even picked a place to live. We loved Central Christian Academy's sales pitch. They had webcams, so we could see what our daughter would be up to during the day. The teachers were all smiles when we met them. They promised to accommodate her needs in every way. Even though it was the most expensive place in Conway, we decided to go with Central Christian Academy. Much like purchasing a used car "only driven by an old lady going to church on Sundays", this place was nothing like what the sales rep promised. After our daughter started going there, she kept coming home ill. After only two days in their care, we had to keep her home. She'd never been in daycare, so we assumed she was picking up viruses. It would suck for a while, but this would be good for her in the long run. After some investigation, we realized they were giving her food she was allergic to, and that is why she had been vomiting. The reason she got better when we kept her home was because she was no longer consuming the substance that was poisoning her system. Like all daycares, CCA requires parents to fill out a list of allergies. We did. In fact, we emphasized this allergy repeatedly. Even after we told them not to give it to her, they persisted. They claimed it was state law to provide certain foods. Without a doctor's note, they claimed they could ignore certain allergies on the list we provided them. According to their staff, it was up to my 3-year-old child to not consume the substance that she is allergic to. If her allergy was really serious, we would have provided them with an epipen. The owner eventually contacted me about this event via text message. He never apologized for poisoning my child and was very flippant about the entire situation. Then, after we pulled out child from their services, they still charged us for two more weeks. Also, the webcams only work with Windows systems using IE. They don't tell you that until after you pay for it. From my experience, this place only cares about your money not your child. If you love your child, avoid this daycare.

The teachers read to the children instead of putting on movies, they sit and talk to the kids, and never have I seen them on their phones while at work. (all 3 things were issues at other places) My son is very standoffish with other kids but CCA has opened him up to such a loving environment. Overall an excellent place to be. From the front staff and teachers all the way to the ladies in the kitchen!!!

Periodically that begin to change my daughter would come home with scratches and bruises that wasn't communicated with me until I asked about it first then upon asking it would be said another child caused the scratch off bruise. However if that was the case why did I be notified the same I did when my child hit another one or acted out? When my infant started there I was assured that all of his belongings would be properly labeled and kept up with even labeled then myself, however on his second week a message was sent out in his room stating a child had tested positive for FLU in that same week the very next day to be exact he was sent home with the wrong child's pacifier. Upon addressing the issue one of the staff members reached apologizing about the mix up and asked after I clear as day stated I discarded it upon noticing if I could bring it back in the morning so she could wash it off and give it back to the kid if belong to. I instead brought my son a new pacifier and the kid whose pacifier that was sent home a new one as well. The staff member however had an attitude about me throwing it away. When I asked how it would've been properly sterilized if I had brought it back she said they would use antibacterial soap which I never seen in the room once. The next day my son was then sent home with the wrong bottom not sure how he's things kept getting mixed up with another kids was name was not close to he's except the last three letters. One day I went to pick him off another staff member tries informing of his bowls as if don't pay attention already myself and says look like his getting diarrhea I said "I am sure he is with yall steady mixing up his things". That staff member make the comment "well all these babies are sick" which I felt if you're confident and comfortable to make a comment like that then you should be more confident and comfortable following safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the safety of any child's health! As the day went by I came to pick my son up a staff member was sitting between and other infant while playing with another child that wasn't crying or in distress, when I picked my son out of the bouncer I could instantly smell he had bowel movement upon me mentioning she still continue to sit and play with the child and didn't bother to off to change his diaper so of course as a mom I did it myself. I noticed it had been on him a while and when I address the issue I was told his checked an hr prior which is fine but I'm sure she smelled it like I did and with OTHER DAYCARE FACILITIES they have always changed my kids one last time at pick up to make sure they were clean. They lose and misplace things carelessly because it's not at their expense so they don't have to replace it. Not all staff members their were bad, there were some I know my kids were in good hands with but their were some that I questioned as well. I'm posting pictures of how infant room bottle rack looked and which I had a picture of how the pacifier are being kept. It made me question how many times my child had received the wrong pacifier or bottle. I wouldn't recommend this daycare to anyone it's the smallest and having the most mix ups.the circled photo is where the pacifiers were being kept and still easily got misplaced. Only one teacher suggested a good idea and system but I don't think they cared to do it when she was not in the room .

They are literally down the street from our house. When we shopped around for a daycare for our son only a few had openings for him. Out of the Three this one had all the important aspects. Clean, well maintained outside and inside. Fun place to walk into. Overall the kids there are very happy and the teachers are involved and able to keep the kids engaged and well behaved. The management was very nice and easy going. I was very pleased with Ms Rachel and Mrs Carrie. so far his teachers are great also. Our son is well enjoying it very much. The cost is high from other daycares in Conway, but the facility and staff are well worth it.

I have numerous incidents where my 4yo kid was hurt like bit, scratched, hit and physically inappropriately touched by the same two kids more so one than the other. my daughters safety wasn't a concern . I've tried reporting over and over I've tried interventions like separating them moving her classes . etc all to say that everytime I voiced my self I got kids will be kids and that they just can't seem to accommodate me which also lead me to dropping my kid from their program worse experience ever and I haven't even been with the school for a full year in September it would have been . not to mention sharing with my sister that I was banned from the property making up lies saying I was disruptive and cursing . do Not recommend.

I faced so much abuse by the owner at the time. (physical and mental). the kids were not watched after properly and much sexual explicit things happened. this is NOT a safe environment for children. this has bothered me for years but I struggled to find the page for this daycare facility. but now that I've finally found it I hope you'll take my review into consideration when choosing a safe place to put your children.
