We visited several of the schools in the area to determine which one we liked best before we even picked a place to live. We loved Central Christian Academy's sales pitch. They had webcams, so we could see what our daughter would be up to during the day. The teachers were all smiles when we met them. They promised to accommodate her needs in every way. Even though it was the most expensive place in Conway, we decided to go with Central Christian Academy. Much like purchasing a used car "only driven by an old lady going to church on Sundays", this place was nothing like what the sales rep promised. After our daughter started going there, she kept coming home ill. After only two days in their care, we had to keep her home. She'd never been in daycare, so we assumed she was picking up viruses. It would suck for a while, but this would be good for her in the long run. After some investigation, we realized they were giving her food she was allergic to, and that is why she had been vomiting. The reason she got better when we kept her home was because she was no longer consuming the substance that was poisoning her system. Like all daycares, CCA requires parents to fill out a list of allergies. We did. In fact, we emphasized this allergy repeatedly. Even after we told them not to give it to her, they persisted. They claimed it was state law to provide certain foods. Without a doctor's note, they claimed they could ignore certain allergies on the list we provided them. According to their staff, it was up to my 3-year-old child to not consume the substance that she is allergic to. If her allergy was really serious, we would have provided them with an epipen. The owner eventually contacted me about this event via text message. He never apologized for poisoning my child and was very flippant about the entire situation. Then, after we pulled out child from their services, they still charged us for two more weeks. Also, the webcams only work with Windows systems using IE. They don't tell you that until after you pay for it. From my experience, this place only cares about your money not your child. If you love your child, avoid this daycare.

Red flag for me came up when your inspection and work from July 2024 contradicted what you said June 2025. I have proof you inspected my chimney with a camera in 2024 and approved it. There is no way $10,000 worth of damage happened in less than one year. They like to up-sale repairs for fake faulty mortar joints and overcharge for things. The picture they showed me wasn't a mortar joint. I now have better pictures of my actual mortar joints. And now I have a second opinion to back that up. He's very supportive, understanding, and easy to talk to. Even my husband, who was nervous about going to therapy based on a bad experience he had before, loves Tanner. We actually look forward to our appointments and I think Tanner looks forward to them as well. I always let him know in advance if we need to cancel an appointment and he's always understanding. On top of this, I was recently affected by COVID-19 and had to miss a week of work. During this time I missed a follow up appointment that Tanner made. Since then, I have received 15 attempts to charge my card for $175 in service fees. When Tanner contacted me about the missed appointment, and I explained my situation, including having a Doctors note for being quarantined, he dismissed it in an "oh well, sucks for you!" type of attitude. How can you trust a counselor to take care of your mental health when they can't even be compassionate about a medical excuse for a missed appointment? I will be following up with the Arkansas Psychology Board. I hope you're happy that the value of your clients is $175. Good luck to you!
