It was disappointing to hear that the staff knew in advance the air on the motorcoach was not cooling but still sent the driver with the bus anyway. Our driver, who was very sincere to our needs, made arrangements to switch buses in Texarkana in 100-degree weather after riding 2 hours uncomfortably. It was quite inconvenient for the senior citizens on the trip. It also put us about an hour and a half off schedule because the new bus had to be cleaned and fueled. I helped our driver transport the luggage from one bus to another. I understand some things are out of our control but if the staff new in advance about that bus I wish considerate measures would of been taken in advance for us. I appreciate our driver for accommodating us so we could have a comfortable ride the rest of the trip. He was always on time and communicated with me throughout the trip to verify the schedule and times. He was professional, courteous and a fun driver.

Because my bus was filled to capacity of dissatisfied, l feel "Cheated" travelers by this company. Any time they offer an extra excursion that includes dinner or lunch and a show, what you get is a Bad Cold sandwich, hardly any meat , a bag of chips a cookie and a coke. I was never so hungry. Until I stopped waiting for their lunch and took advantage of the wonderful restaurants all around me. I would have done better to skip, "their "$50.00 per person dinner and a show". The performances offered were a kiddy magic show and singing by the tour company owner's daughter. We had no problems with our bus but it was the beginning of the season. Never again !!!!!!'

The replica of a 1800s mill, built in the early 1900s surrounded by calming water , flowers, trees, and wildlife. I was fascinated by the bridge and stairs which appeared to be made of wood but was constructed of concrete, amazing! Surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, the park area was very clean and easy to access and walk around. Tip- get here early for photos and a relaxing stroll, this place gets very busy!

The Old Mill is a beautiful spot in North Little Rock, AR amongst a charming neighborhood…read more It's listed as a National Register of Historic Places. Rightly so... the mill is supposedly the "last standing structure" from the movie "Gone With The Wind." The gates opened at 8 AM. Entry was free. By the time we got there, a small group was already taking professional-like photos of their model. The landscaping was nicely manicured. Some of the plants and flowers or trees were labeled with little signs. My girls liked climbing up into the replica "water-powered grist mill." We didn't stay long as dogs were not allowed on the grounds. Our dog stayed in my Jeep while the air-conditioning was on since it was in the upper 80s already. We saw the billboard while on our way North and decided to stop and check it out…read more After having to make a surprise turn at the top of a hill, pass an alpaca farm and weave down a curiously steep hill, we were pleasantly surprised at how welcoming this place was. The owner was there and you can tell he loves what he does. He told us all about the history of the bridge (and how they used livestock to cart huge logs up that curiously steep hill). The only two reasons this place did not get 5 stars: 1. No pets allowed, we had our puppies in the car (no worries, it was running with the AC on) so we had to hurry through. 2. It doesn't say anywhere that it costs to actually see the bridge. We didn't mind to pay, but it would have been super disappointing to go all that way (curiously steep, seriously) if we didn't have to means to pay. Otherwise it was very informative and one of the neatest roadside stops I've made!

Once back down you visit 1 of the 2 cool water springs and fill up your included in tour bottle. 47 springs all come from this 1 mountain as I understand.
