You will certainly experience it here, when you stay here. I had to reserve for an extra night and the staff did such a great job accommodating my reservation, before I even arrived. The hotel, although close to the highway, offered very quiet rooms. I did not hear other guests from my room. EXTERIOR: The exterior was nice and clean. In the front, you do have a limited parking. However, there are additional spaces in the back. LOBBY: Lobby was clean and spacious, offering some seating. The ladies that check you in and out are very kind and cheerful. I had a pleasant experience at the Check-In Counter. They were doing some drawings for members to give away complimentary Marriott Points. I became a new member few weeks prior to staying here. It was nice to receive extra 800 Marriott Points from the drawing. SERVICE: The service was absolutely amazing at this location. Phoebe, Sherrie and the rest of the staff did such an amazing job. They were all very friendly, helpful and professional. You couldn't have asked for a nicer team to take care of each guests. HALLWAYS: The hotel hallways don't have A/C working on the third floor. It stayed fairly warm inside. Once you're inside your room, the A/C worked good. ROOM: I stayed in Room 306. It was pleasant and comfortable inside. I had two queen beds, work desk with chair, tv, microwave and fridge. The beds were comfortable. Pillows were a bit small but they were comfortable too. The blankets and sheets were clean. The room throughout has green carpet that was pleasant to walk on. My A/C did have minor issues not working but it wasn't big deal for me. BATHROOM: Bathroom was nice and clean, offering large sink space. The sink water pressure was good. Plenty of towels are offered here. If you do need extra, ask the staff at the front desk and they'll be happy to assist you. The shower work great with good water pressure. WATER BOTTLES: Should you need water for your room, they do offer complimentary water bottles you can ask for at the front desk. BREAKFAST: I had breakfast here for three different mornings and all three mornings it was very tasty. Each morning you will have something different for your main hot meals. One of the mornings they offered; Cage-Free Scrambled Eggs, Turkey Sausage, Pork Sausage and Jalapeño Three-Cheese Baked Soufflé. Then they offered Oatmeal with nine different toppings to choose from. Bagels, English muffins with jam and cream cheese. A waffle maker with batter. In the mini fridge they had yogurt, milk and water. Fresh Orange juice and Apple Juice. They really had each guest in mind, offering healthy options with other food options. OVERALL: I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Conway. It was such a nice and enjoyable experience that I am looking forward to returning and staying here.

The beds are comfortable. The rooms are about the size you would expect. For a two star motel, the rooms themselves seem better than you would expect to get. Literally my only complaint about the motel itself would be the toilet seat needed to be tightened.

When we took our shoes off our white socks were covered in black dog hair and so much dirt that it was caked on our socks. I went to the office to report it and was told they didn't have housekeeping. I asked if I could get a mop to mop it myself and was told no. We weren't even offered a different room. We were there for 3 days for a family member who in the and didn't have time to worry about changing hotels and shouldn't have had to. So I took all the towels and wet them in the shower and pushed them around the room with my feet to get as much of the filth up as I could. I told the front desk I had to do it and showed her the towels as proof of the filth on the floor. Her response was "we have good bleach for the towels. Before we left I finally talked with some man who claimed to be the manager or owner or something like that. He called me a liar and said we dirty the towels ourselves and that his floors are steam cleaned. I told him I would no allow his BS of blaming us and had proof of the filth and nasty towels. I have never been so pissed. This nasty place needs shut down and this manager and the dam employees that refused to clean this nasty room should be fired. I have the pictures to prove this !

The sheets felt damp from the heat and moisture, which made the room feel dirty and uncomfortable from the beginning. The shower would not drain, so we had to stand in dirty, backed-up water while showering. The hotel also had a strong, unpleasant body-odor smell. A staff member came to our room to fix the television, but his body odor was so strong that I did not feel comfortable asking him to return to address the other problems. The lobby was also extremely hot. Although breakfast was included, I did not feel comfortable eating the food because of the heat and the overall condition of the hotel. I filed a complaint and requested a refund, but I have been given the runaround instead of receiving a clear resolution. These were not minor inconveniences. The room was hot and humid, the bedding felt damp, the shower was unsanitary, and the hotel smelled terrible. On top of that the soap dispensers were watered down. I would not stay at this location again, and I cannot recommend it to others.

The thermostat was easy to use and the blinds did a great job of keeping the sun out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again.

The hotel is very easy to access I 40, right behind Wal Mart and very accessible to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We bring an enclosed trailer with us and there is plenty of parking for the trailer. The breakfast is the normal free hotel breakfast, but the staff are always nice, the food service areas are always clean and there is plenty of seating.
